Suspendre totes les sortides programades pel curs 25-26 que no estiguin ja<br \/>\ncompromeses, i no iniciar cap procediment de reserva ni contractaci\u00f3 de cara al curs<br \/>\n2026-2027. Per tant, ens adherim a la iniciativa del col\u00b7lectiu \u201cAturem Sortides<br \/>\nEducatives\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>2. Suspendre tota activitat a xarxes socials i llocs webs dels centres excepte informaci\u00f3<br \/>\nessencial de servei per a fam\u00edlies, deixant a la p\u00e0gina d\u2019inici un comunicat unitari<br \/>\nexplicant els motius d\u2019aquests acords.<\/p>\n<p>3. Deixar d\u2019organitzar les activitats de caire festiu i l\u00fadic fora d\u2019horari lectiu i que no<br \/>\nsiguin estrictament curriculars, inclosos els actes de graduaci\u00f3, portes obertes, festes<br \/>\nde final de curs i\/o altres pr\u00f2pies de cada centre.<\/p>\n<p>4. Suspendre la participaci\u00f3 del professorat en les formacions, programes, projectes i<br \/>\nocurr\u00e8ncies a iniciativa del DEiFP o altres administracions i entitats que no<br \/>\nresponguin a l\u2019estrictament necessari per al desenvolupament de la tasca docent<br \/>\ndi\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<p>5. Finalment, atesa la manca de solucions a les demandes expressades a la carta<br \/>\ncol\u00b7lectiva enviada per les direccions a la direcci\u00f3 dels ST i a la consellera al<br \/>\ndesembre del 2025, manifestem que, mentre no arribi una resposta detallada i<br \/>\nespec\u00edfica a aquella carta, assistirem de manera reivindicativa als propers plenaris<br \/>\nconvocats per aquests Serveis Territorials.<br \/>\nHem decidit suspendre les activitats anteriors pels seg\u00fcents motius:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; La mesura \u00e9s una resposta directa a la manca de solucions i de compromisos de<br \/>\nmillora significatius per part del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional<\/p>\n<p>(DEiFP). Concretament, denunciem que no s&#8217;ha rebut una resposta detallada a la<br \/>\ncarta col\u00b7lectiva enviada a la direcci\u00f3 dels Serveis Territorials i a la consellera el<br \/>\ndesembre del 2025.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Les direccions i claustres volem fer visible una situaci\u00f3 de &#8220;col\u00b7lapse estructural&#8221; del<br \/>\nsistema educatiu. Considerem que la insufici\u00e8ncia de recursos actual incideix<br \/>\ndirectament en l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 a l&#8217;alumnat i en l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 dels centres, posant en risc la<br \/>\nqualitat del servei p\u00fablic que s&#8217;ha de garantir a mitj\u00e0 i llarg termini.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Durant anys, els docents hem assumit volunt\u00e0riament un volum creixent de tasques<br \/>\nque van m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les nostres obligacions estrictament docents (com col\u00f2nies,<br \/>\nsortides o gesti\u00f3 burocr\u00e0tica) per comprom\u00eds amb l&#8217;alumnat. Aquesta sobrec\u00e0rrega<br \/>\nes produeix en un context de condicions laborals insuficients, on el professorat catal\u00e0<br \/>\nes troba entre els pitjor retribu\u00efts de l&#8217;Estat.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; La suspensi\u00f3 d&#8217;activitats l\u00fadiques, festives i de comunicaci\u00f3 no essencial busca fer<br \/>\nevident el malestar del col\u00b7lectiu i for\u00e7ar l&#8217;establiment d&#8217;un di\u00e0leg real que permeti<br \/>\nassegurar unes condicions adequades per al bon funcionament dels centres.<\/p>\n<p>Com a direccions de centre, repetim que mantenim el nostre comprom\u00eds amb l\u2019alumnat i<br \/>\namb les seves fam\u00edlies, treballant cada dia per oferir una educaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica de qualitat,<br \/>\nequitativa i al servei de tothom. Alhora, entenem que aquest comprom\u00eds ha de ser compartit:<br \/>\nnom\u00e9s amb els suports, recursos i condicions adequades podrem garantir que les escoles i<br \/>\ninstituts p\u00fablics continu\u00efn desenvolupant amb qualitat la seva funci\u00f3 educativa i social.<\/p>\n<p>Atentament,<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les 31 direccions i claustres dels centres p\u00fablics del Baix
