import\u00e0ncia de fer activitat f\u00edsica durant el confinament per mantenir la salut f\u00edsica i mental del conjunt de la poblaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El Dia de l\u2019Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica al Carrer es convertir\u00e0 en el <b>Dia de l\u2019Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica A CASA<\/b>\u00a0i posar\u00e0 de manifest, ara m\u00e9s que mai, un dels pilars de l\u2019Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica que reben els nostres alumnes: con\u00e8ixer i aplicar estils de vida actius en benefici de la salut.<\/p>\n<p>Com a mestre d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica de l&#8217;escola, us animo a fer qualsevol activitat f\u00edsica que vulgueu (la proposta d&#8217;ed. f\u00edsica setmanal tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s v\u00e0lida), les fam\u00edlies que vulguin tamb\u00e9 poden participar-hi, com m\u00e9s siguem millor i a m\u00e9s, a compartir-la al nostre canal d&#8217;Instagram de l&#8217;escola tots aquells que en tingueu amb les etiquetes
