Electr\u00f2nica: cal identificaci\u00f3 digital.<br \/>\n&#8211; Suport inform\u00e0tic: sense identificaci\u00f3 digital.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">SOL\u00b7LICITUD ELECTR\u00d2NICA<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Mitjan\u00e7ant certificat digital, com DNI electr\u00f2nic, Cl@ve, idCat, etc. Si no es disposa de cap certificat, us en podeu generar un de forma f\u00e0cil, l\u2019idCat M\u00f2bil, us expliquem com:<br \/>\nCal complir els requisits seg\u00fcents:<br \/>\n\u2022 Ser major de 16 anys.<br \/>\n\u2022 Disposar de DNI\/NIE\/Passaport\/Doc identificador d\u2019un pa\u00eds de la UE o targeta de resid\u00e8ncia comunit\u00e0ria.<br \/>\n\u2022 Disposar d\u2019adre\u00e7a de correu electr\u00f2nic i un tel\u00e8fon m\u00f2bil a efectes d\u2019identificaci\u00f3 i contacte.<br \/>\n\u2022 Targeta sanit\u00e0ria per la teva identificaci\u00f3.<br \/>\nInstruccions pas a pas de com fer-ho:<br \/>\nPer utilitzar l\u2019idCAT M\u00f2bil nom\u00e9s cal introduir el n\u00famero de document d\u2019identitat i el n\u00famero de tel\u00e8fon m\u00f2bil en el web on calgui identificar-se electr\u00f2nicament per fer un tr\u00e0mit.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=qqiw3Jv9lHE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-16878 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcastellciuro\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu890\/2021\/03\/idcatMobil.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"160\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">SOL\u00b7LICITUD EN SUPORT INFORM\u00c0TIC<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Caldr\u00e0 omplir el formulari que trobareu a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/preinscripcio.gencat.cat\/ca\/inici\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/preinscripcio.gencat.cat\/ca\/<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nAl enviar-ho es far\u00e0 l\u2019intercanvi de dades amb les administracions implicades i adjuntar escanejada o fotografiada la documentaci\u00f3 d\u2019identificaci\u00f3 i filiaci\u00f3 (DNI, llibre de fam\u00edlia, etc), juntament amb la que al\u00b7legueu a efectes de barems i que no s\u2019hagi pogut validar.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">DOCUMENTACI\u00d3<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La documentaci\u00f3 s\u2019ha d\u2019adjuntar, a la sol\u00b7licitud, fotografiada o escanejada. \u00c9s convenient tenir-ne una c\u00f2pia preparada al dispositiu que s\u2019utilitzar\u00e0 per fer la preinscripci\u00f3.<br \/>\n<strong>Preinscripci\u00f3 a P3 o d\u2019alumnes que mai han estat escolaritzats a Catalunya:<\/strong><br \/>\nSi la sol\u00b7licitud (electr\u00f2nica o en suport inform\u00e0tic) \u00e9s per a un infant que ha de cursar P3 o que mai ha estat escolaritzat a Catalunya, cal adjuntar-hi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El llibre de fam\u00edlia o b\u00e9 altres documents relatius a la filiaci\u00f3. Si l\u2019infant o jove es troba en una situaci\u00f3 d\u2019acolliment, el document que cal aportar \u00e9s la resoluci\u00f3 d\u2019acolliment del Departament de Treball, Afers Socials i Fam\u00edlies. Si \u00e9s el cas, el passaport o document d\u2019identitat d\u2019un pa\u00eds membre de la Uni\u00f3 Europea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preinscripci\u00f3 d\u2019alumnes ja escolaritzats a Catalunya:<\/strong><br \/>\nSi s\u2019utilitza la sol\u00b7licitud electr\u00f2nica, en el cas d\u2019alumnes ja escolaritzats a Catalunya, cal especificar-hi el n\u00famero identificador del Registre d\u2019alumnes de Catalunya (RALC), i no cal aportar cap document identificatiu perqu\u00e8 les dades ja consten al Registre.<br \/>\nSi s\u2019utilitza la sol\u00b7licitud en suport inform\u00e0tic (sense identificaci\u00f3 electr\u00f2nica), cal adjuntar-hi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El llibre de fam\u00edlia o b\u00e9 altres documents relatius a la filiaci\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>Si l\u2019infant o jove es troba en una situaci\u00f3 d\u2019acolliment, el document que cal aportar \u00e9s la resoluci\u00f3 d\u2019acolliment del Departament de Treball, Afers Socials i Fam\u00edlies. font-size: 1em;\">proximitat del domicili habitual<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">\u00a0o del lloc de treball al centre educatiu:\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">30 punts.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adre\u00e7a del lloc de treball del pare, la mare, el tutor o tutora, o el guardador o guardadora de fet, i aquest \u00e9s dins l&#8217;\u00e0rea d&#8217;influ\u00e8ncia del centre:\u00a0<strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">20 punts<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si la fam\u00edlia percep\u00a0<strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">la renda garantida de ciutadania<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">:\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">10 punts.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per\u00a0<strong style=\"font-family: inherit;
