En aquest programa es dediquen un total de 8 sessions per curs: 4 de tutoria, 3 d\u2019educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica i 1 de pl\u00e0stica.<\/p>\n<p>A les sessions d\u2019educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica hem fet jocs i hem parlat de les diferents situacions que s\u2019ha donat.\u00a0<strong>Hem apr\u00e9s que:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">B<b style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ullying \u00e9s quan una situaci\u00f3 de discriminaci\u00f3 no nom\u00e9s passa una vegada sin\u00f3 moltes.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El seu paper com a companys per <\/span><b>posar-se al lloc dels altres <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9s fonamental per a tractar d\u2019evitar que es donin aquest tipus de situacions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per actuar contra aquestes situacions <\/span><b>el treball en equip \u00e9s molt important.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Quan els companys ens animen amb comentaris positius ens sentim molt millor.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quan els <\/span><b>problemes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o situacions que hem de resoldre s\u00f3n <\/span><b>del grup<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>tots els membres del grup ens hi hem d\u2019implicar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i aportar les nostres idees o suggeriments per a solucionar-los, sempre respectant les idees de la resta de companys.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Hem mirat d\u2019evitar conductes competitives <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o agressives que no respecten les idees, interessos, opinions, etc. dels altres.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Si cooperem, entre tots podem fer front a qualsevol cosa, fins i tot a situacions de bullying<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en qu\u00e8 es puguin trobar els nostres companys.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Si ens unim i cooperem, podem amb tot.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<style type=\"text\/css\">\n\t\t\t#gallery-1
