{"id":3989,"date":"2026-06-03T12:32:26","date_gmt":"2026-06-03T10:32:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcascavell\/?p=3989"},"modified":"2026-06-08T12:34:21","modified_gmt":"2026-06-08T10:34:21","slug":"lalumnat-de-cicle-superior-participa-en-el-projecte-cueme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcascavell\/portada-2\/lalumnat-de-cicle-superior-participa-en-el-projecte-cueme\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;alumnat de cicle superior participa en el projecte CUEME"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest curs, l&#8217;alumnat de cicle superior ha participat en el projecte CUEME (Cultura Emprenedora a l&#8217;Escola), una iniciativa que es desenvolupa als centres educatius de Sant Adri\u00e0 de Bes\u00f2s amb l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;apropar els infants al m\u00f3n de l&#8217;emprenedoria i el cooperativisme. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al llarg de tot el curs, els alumnes han creat i gestionat la seva pr\u00f2pia cooperativa, seguint totes les fases del proc\u00e9s: des de la generaci\u00f3 d&#8217;idees i la creaci\u00f3 de productes artesans fins a la seva comercialitzaci\u00f3. Aquesta experi\u00e8ncia els ha perm\u00e8s con\u00e8ixer de primera m\u00e0 qu\u00e8 implica posar en marxa un projecte col\u00b7lectiu i assumir diferents responsabilitats dins d&#8217;una organitzaci\u00f3.<a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcascavell\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu963\/2026\/06\/CUEME.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3998 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcascavell\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu963\/2026\/06\/CUEME-300x226.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"226\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcascavell\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu963\/2026\/06\/CUEME-300x226.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcascavell\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu963\/2026\/06\/CUEME-1024x771.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcascavell\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu963\/2026\/06\/CUEME-768x578.jpg 768w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcascavell\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu963\/2026\/06\/CUEME-1536x1157.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcascavell\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu963\/2026\/06\/CUEME.jpg 2040w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Segons expliquen els mateixos alumnes, una de les experi\u00e8ncies m\u00e9s significatives ha estat la jornada de venda dels productes elaborats per les cooperatives. &#8220;Ens va agradar molt sortir a la pla\u00e7a per explicar els nostres productes i intentar atraure clients&#8221;, comentaven alguns participants. Tamb\u00e9 destaquen la satisfacci\u00f3 de veure reconegut l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 de mesos de feina: &#8220;El moment m\u00e9s emocionant va ser comptar els diners que hav\u00edem guanyat&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 dels resultats econ\u00f2mics, el projecte ha tingut un important component social i solidari. Una part dels beneficis obtinguts s&#8217;ha destinat a la Fundaci\u00f3 Juegaterapia, una entitat que treballa per millorar la qualitat de vida dels infants amb c\u00e0ncer. Els alumnes valoren especialment haver pogut explicar als clients la finalitat solid\u00e0ria del projecte i contribuir a una causa que consideren important.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durant aquests mesos, l&#8217;alumnat tamb\u00e9 ha adquirit aprenentatges vinculats al m\u00f3n empresarial i cooperatiu. Han descobert qu\u00e8 \u00e9s una cooperativa i quines difer\u00e8ncies hi ha respecte d&#8217;una empresa convencional, han apr\u00e8s a gestionar diners, a elaborar productes artesans, a vendre i a treballar totes les fases d&#8217;un projecte emprenedor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tanmateix, els mateixos alumnes coincideixen que alguns dels aprenentatges m\u00e9s valuosos han estat els relacionats amb la conviv\u00e8ncia i el treball en equip. &#8220;Hem apr\u00e8s a respectar-nos m\u00e9s, a evitar conflictes i a treballar amb companys amb qui abans no est\u00e0vem tant junts&#8221;, explicaven durant la valoraci\u00f3 final del projecte. <a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcascavell\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu963\/2026\/06\/CUEME-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3999 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcascavell\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu963\/2026\/06\/CUEME-2-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcascavell\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu963\/2026\/06\/CUEME-2-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcascavell\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu963\/2026\/06\/CUEME-2-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcascavell\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu963\/2026\/06\/CUEME-2-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcascavell\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu963\/2026\/06\/CUEME-2-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcascavell\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu963\/2026\/06\/CUEME-2.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quan se&#8217;ls demana que resumeixin l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia en una sola paraula, apareixen conceptes com &#8220;amics&#8221;, &#8220;vendre&#8221;, &#8220;diners&#8221; o &#8220;nosaltres&#8221;, paraules que reflecteixen tant els aprenentatges pr\u00e0ctics com els vincles personals que s&#8217;han creat al llarg del proc\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sens dubte, el projecte CUEME ha estat una experi\u00e8ncia enriquidora que ha perm\u00e8s a l&#8217;alumnat desenvolupar compet\u00e8ncies emprenedores, socials i personals, tot fomentant valors com la cooperaci\u00f3, la responsabilitat i la solidaritat.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aquest curs, l&#8217;alumnat de cicle superior ha participat en el projecte CUEME (Cultura Emprenedora a l&#8217;Escola), una iniciativa que es desenvolupa als centres educatius de Sant Adri\u00e0 de Bes\u00f2s amb l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;apropar els infants al m\u00f3n de l&#8217;emprenedoria i el cooperativisme.
