Comen\u00e7arem amb dues persones i progressivament podem ser tres persones, quatre persones\u2026..\u00a0 \u00c9s molt important la seguretat (en la posici\u00f3 corporal de les figures i la manera d\u2019agafar-se els dits, mans, canells o colzes) sobretot utilitzar 1-2 matalassos\/m\u00e0rfegues de base. Quan creem les figures \u00e9s millor tenir una persona (observador + ajudant) que facilita la creaci\u00f3 i supervisi\u00f3 d&#8217;aquestes figures i ajudar\u00e0 a descarregar-les correctament. Comen\u00e7arem el Dilluns amb 10 repeticions de cada exercici, el Dimarts farem 15 repeticions, el Dimecres descansarem, el Dijous farem 15 repeticions, el Divendres farem 20 repeticions, descansem Dissabte i Diumenge.\u00a0 Sempre controlarem que les repeticions de cada exercici es realitzin correctament posturalment.
