A infantil treballem la psicomotricitat vivencial seguint la metodologia d\u2019Aucouturier, una proposta educativa que posa el cos, el moviment i les emocions al centre del desenvolupament de cada infant. \u00c9s un espai segur i acollidor on tots i totes poden cr\u00e9ixer a trav\u00e9s del joc i l\u2019expressi\u00f3 lliure.<\/h5>\n

El recorregut de cada sessi\u00f3 passa per quatre moments clau:<\/h5>\n
\u2022Ritual d\u2019entrada: un ball, una can\u00e7\u00f3 i el record de les normes donen seguretat, estructuren el temps i preparen l\u2019infant per a l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia.<\/h5>\n
\u2022Contenci\u00f3 i destrucci\u00f3 de la muralla: construir i destruir amb materials grans els permet explorar la seva for\u00e7a, canalitzar emocions i descobrir el valor dels l\u00edmits.<\/h5>\n
\u2022Joc espontani: cada infant tria lliurement el seu joc, ja sigui sensoriomotriu, simb\u00f2lic o de relaci\u00f3. Aqu\u00ed apareixen la creativitat, les aliances, els conflictes i tamb\u00e9 els temps d\u2019observaci\u00f3 i reserva. Totes les formes de jugar tenen valor i sentit.<\/h5>\n
\u2022Relaxaci\u00f3 o representaci\u00f3: l\u2019infant pot acabar la sessi\u00f3 relaxant-se o b\u00e9 representant all\u00f2 que ha jugat, ja sigui parlant, dibuixant, construint, modelant… \u00c9s el moment d\u2019integrar all\u00f2 viscut amb l\u2019aspecte cognitiu.<\/h5>\n

La psicomotricitat vivencial afavoreix l\u2019autonomia, la seguretat emocional, la creativitat i la conviv\u00e8ncia. A la sala, cada infant troba el seu lloc per cr\u00e9ixer feli\u00e7, expressar-se i relacionar-se des del respecte i la llibertat.<\/h5>\n
