L\u2019activitat f\u00edsica \u00e9s una eina fonamental per promoure un estil de vida saludable, tant per als infants com per als adults. M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les hores d\u2019educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica a l\u2019escola, \u00e9s essencial incorporar el moviment al temps de lleure, ja que ofereix beneficis no nom\u00e9s f\u00edsics, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 emocionals i socials.<\/p>\n

Des l’escola ens agrada fomentar aquests h\u00e0bits saludables des de l\u2019aula i m\u00e9s enll\u00e0. En aquest context, esdeveniments com el Totesport360<\/strong> s\u00f3n una gran oportunitat per integrar l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica en el dia a dia de les fam\u00edlies, refor\u00e7ant els valors que treballem amb els alumnes a l\u2019escola.<\/p>\n

Totesport360<\/strong> \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s que un esdeveniment esportiu. \u00c9s una experi\u00e8ncia que combina diversi\u00f3, aprenentatge i conviv\u00e8ncia familiar. Amb m\u00e9s de 30 activitats esportives<\/strong> per a totes les edats, aquesta trobada representa una ocasi\u00f3 ideal per explorar noves disciplines, fomentar l\u2019inter\u00e8s per l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica i, sobretot, gaudir de temps de qualitat amb la fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n

Des de l\u2019escola, recomanem fermament la participaci\u00f3 en aquest tipus d\u2019esdeveniments, ja que:<\/p>\n

  1. Consoliden els h\u00e0bits saludables<\/strong>: \u00c9s una manera d\u2019integrar l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica en el lleure, refor\u00e7ant all\u00f2 que treballem a les classes d\u2019educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica.<\/li>\n
  2. Promouen valors<\/strong>: El respecte, l\u2019esfor\u00e7, la superaci\u00f3 i el treball en equip s\u00f3n pilars fonamentals tant de l\u2019esport com de l\u2019educaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n
  3. Connecten fam\u00edlia i escola<\/strong>: Participar en activitats conjuntes ajuda a crear una comunitat educativa on els valors compartits s\u00f3n els protagonistes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Aquest esdeveniment se celebrar\u00e0 del 2 al 5 de gener de 2025<\/strong> a l\u2019Institut Nacional d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica de Catalunya (INEFC), a Barcelona. Les entrades s\u00f3n gratu\u00eftes<\/strong>, i els socis del SX3 rebran un obsequi especial.
