Amb els nostres alumnes hem pogut parlar d&#8217;algues m\u00e9s conegudes, com l&#8217;agar agar, present a la t\u00edpica amanida del restaurant xin\u00e8s al que tots hem anat alguna vegada i d&#8217;algues molt menys comuns i, de vegades, m\u00e9s dif\u00edcils d&#8217;incorporar a la nostra dieta (kombu, wakame,etc&#8230;). Com sempre, des del Menjador de Can Besora, cre\u00efem que la millor manera de comen\u00e7ar a incorporar un aliment a la nostra dieta \u00e9s que els m\u00e9s petits puguin participar en la seva el\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i, com no, tastar-ho. Per aquest motiu, aquesta vegada els nostres &#8220;petits cuiners&#8221; ens han preparat un sushi delici\u00f3s fet amb una altra alga coneguda: l&#8217;alga Nori.
