{"id":376,"date":"2017-05-17T22:34:23","date_gmt":"2017-05-17T20:34:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcampselisis\/?page_id=376"},"modified":"2023-04-11T11:47:05","modified_gmt":"2023-04-11T09:47:05","slug":"serveis-educatius","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcampselisis\/serveis-educatius\/","title":{"rendered":"Serveis Educatius"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Els serveis educatius s\u00f3n \u00f2rgans de suport a la tasca docent del professorat i, en alguns casos, d&#8217;intervenci\u00f3 directa amb l&#8217;alumnat o d&#8217;assessorament a les fam\u00edlies, \u00e9s a dir, a la comunitat educativa.<\/p>\n<p>Els serveis educatius estan integrats per:<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"Estilo1\">EAP ( Equip Assessorament psicopedag\u00f2gic)<\/h4>\n<p>Els equips d\u2019assessorament i orientaci\u00f3 psicopedag\u00f2gica (EAP) s\u00f3n un servei de suport i recolzament a fam\u00edlies, alumnes i professors, per tal d\u2019assolir millor la tasca educativa de l\u2019escola, donant respostes integrals.<\/p>\n<p>Actuacions que es prioritzen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Atenci\u00f3 als alumnes amb necessitats educatives especials derivades de discapacitats f\u00edsiques, ps\u00edquiques i sensorials.<\/li>\n<li>Atenci\u00f3 als alumnes que presenten dificultats d\u2019aprenentatge, llenguatge i\/o adaptaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb el centre en la planificaci\u00f3 de les mesures d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat de l\u2019alumnat i d\u2019altres mesures organitzaves.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.6;\">Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 en el proc\u00e9s de transici\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat del centre a l\u2019ESO<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"right\">Professional:\u00a0<b>Let\u00edcia Bened\u00ed<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"right\">Horari i periodicitat d\u2019atenci\u00f3: <b>dimecres al mati, setmanal<\/b><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"Estilo1\"><\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"Estilo1\">PLA DE TREBALL SOCIAL<\/h4>\n<p>Actuacions que es prioritzen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valoraci\u00f3 i seguiment de l\u2019alumnat amb N.E.E. i\/o problem\u00e0tiques socials i les seves fam\u00edlies.<\/li>\n<li>Seguiment dels casos d\u2019alumnes absentistes<\/li>\n<li>Informaci\u00f3 i assessorament al centre.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinaci\u00f3 i mediaci\u00f3 entre el centre i els diferents serveis socials municipals, sanitaris i altres serveis especialitzats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"right\">Professional: <b>Carme L\u00f3pez\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"right\">Horari i periodicitat d\u2019atenci\u00f3: <b>dijous al mati, setmanal<\/b><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"Estilo1\">EDUCADORA SOCIAL<\/h4>\n<p>Actuacions que es prioritzen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Garantir que l&#8217;acollida en el centre educatiu de l&#8217;alumnat en situaci\u00f3 de vulnerabilitat social es desenvolupi en un entorn segur i protector, amb un tracte afectiu i una atenci\u00f3 personalitzada.<\/li>\n<li>Vetllar perqu\u00e8 els infants assoleixin els nivells acad\u00e8mics propis de la seva edat, motivant-los i acompanyant-los en les tasques que han de dur a terme, en coordinaci\u00f3 amb els tutors\/es.<\/li>\n<li>Donar suport a l&#8217;equip docent en l&#8217;atenci\u00f3, detecci\u00f3 i prevenci\u00f3 de situacions i conductes de risc dels alumnes.<\/li>\n<li>Assessorar l&#8217;equip directiu davant situacions d&#8217;absentisme de l&#8217;alumnat, d&#8217;acord amb els protocols establerts i en coordinaci\u00f3 amb la resta de professionals.<\/li>\n<li>Donar suport als tutors\/es en la relaci\u00f3 amb les fam\u00edlies i l&#8217;entorn.<\/li>\n<li>Intervenir per ajudar els infants i els adolescents atesos a desenvolupar el sentit de responsabilitat necessari per a la seva seguretat personal, autoestima i responsabilitat davant la comunitat.<\/li>\n<li>Afavorir la integraci\u00f3 en els principals contextos de socialitzaci\u00f3: escolar, formatiu, laboral, sanitari, esportiu, de lleure i cultural, mantenint alhora l&#8217;entorn social d&#8217;origen, sempre que aix\u00f2 sigui benefici\u00f3s.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinar les actuacions amb els agents educatius, socioeducatius i de salut del territori que integren la xarxa socioeducativa.<\/li>\n<li>Promoure el desenvolupament de programes espec\u00edfics de Salut, d&#8217;Igualtat i de prevenci\u00f3 de viol\u00e8ncies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"right\">Professional: <b>Laia Mart\u00ednez<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"right\">Horari i periodicitat d\u2019atenci\u00f3: <strong>tots els dies de la setmana<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"Estilo1\">T\u00c8CNICA INTEGRACI\u00d3 SOCIAL (TIS)<\/h4>\n<p>Actuacions que es prioritzen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Desenvolupar habilitats d&#8217;autonomia personal i social en alumnes en situaci\u00f3 de risc.<\/li>\n<li>Participar en la planificaci\u00f3 i el desenvolupament d&#8217;activitats d&#8217;inclusi\u00f3 social<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00b7laborar en la prevenci\u00f3, detecci\u00f3 i resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes entre iguals.<\/li>\n<li>Prevenir, detectar i intervenir en casos d&#8217;absentisme escolar.<\/li>\n<li>Fer el seguiment als alumnes en activitats lectives i extraescolars.<\/li>\n<li>Donar suport a les fam\u00edlies en el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;inclusi\u00f3 social dels joves i infants.<\/li>\n<li>Afavorir relacions positives dels alumnes amb l&#8217;entorn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"right\">Professional: <b>Robert Tu\u00f1\u00f3n<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"right\">Horari i periodicitat d\u2019atenci\u00f3: <strong>tots els dies de la setmana<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Els serveis educatius s\u00f3n \u00f2rgans de suport a la tasca docent del professorat i, en alguns casos, d&#8217;intervenci\u00f3 directa amb l&#8217;alumnat o d&#8217;assessorament a les fam\u00edlies, \u00e9s a dir, a la comunitat educativa.
