Doncs un 70%, que aconseguim per la ingesta d\u2019aliments i l\u00edquids (aigua).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Per mantenir un bon nivell d\u2019aigua al nostre organisme, en termes generals (despr\u00e9s parlem d\u2019un cas concret) hem de beure de dos a tres litres diaris.<\/p>\n<p>El fet de no beure la quantitat necess\u00e0ria de l\u00edquid pot provocar deshidrataci\u00f3. Si perdem un 2% d\u2019aquesta aigua, podem patir problemes de concentraci\u00f3 i mem\u00f2ria, un baix rendiment f\u00edsic, dolor de cap o un cansament general.<\/p>\n<p>En el cas de perdre un 6% hi ha un risc greu per la nostra salut. Hem calculat el 6% de 40 kg i hem vist que la p\u00e8rdua de dos litres i mig d\u2019aigua del nostre cos (mitjan\u00e7ant la suor o l\u2019orina) comporta problemes seriosos per el nostre organisme.<\/p>\n<p>Com la deshidrataci\u00f3 \u00e9s un greu problema, tamb\u00e9 ho \u00e9s l\u2019exc\u00e9s d\u2019aigua (anomenat hiponatremia) que implica una disminuci\u00f3 de sodi a la sang i provoca trastorns no desitjats al\u00a0 nostre cos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 llavors, a la marat\u00f3 de sables (de la sorra), una de les proves m\u00e9s llargues i dures del m\u00f3n, \u00e9s bo que els participants beguin 10 litres d\u2019aigua al dia?<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019alumnat ha reflexionat i ha arribat a la conclusi\u00f3 que els dos o tres litres recomanats d\u2019aigua al dia son orientatius i que alhora de fer exercici f\u00edsic la ingesta d\u2019aigua ha de ser proporcional a la p\u00e8rdua de l\u00edquid per mantenir una bona hidrataci\u00f3 corporal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; El 83% d\u2019un cuc de terra \u00e9s aigua, el 20% dels cereals \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 aigua i el d\u2019una medusa el 99%.
