Primer hem triturat pa en una m\u00e0 de morter i despr\u00e9s l&#8217;hem barrejat amb aigua (tal i com faria la nostra boca amb la saliva). Despr\u00e9s de passar per un llarg tub (l&#8217;es\u00f2fag) arriba a a un vol (l&#8217;est\u00f3mac). All\u00ed hem afegit el vinagre (per simular els sucs g\u00e0strics). Tota la massa de pa l&#8217;hem posat dins d\u2019una mitja simulant l&#8217;intest\u00ed.
