{"id":1019,"date":"2017-05-24T15:20:12","date_gmt":"2017-05-24T13:20:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipbaltasar\/?p=1019"},"modified":"2017-05-29T15:24:15","modified_gmt":"2017-05-29T13:24:15","slug":"cuina-del-marroc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipbaltasar\/portada\/cuina-del-marroc\/","title":{"rendered":"Cuina del Marroc"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El passat dilluns dia 22 de maig es va realitzar un taller de cuina \u00a0dintre del projecte \u00a0cuines del m\u00f3n de tardes amb fam\u00edlies. \u00a0Aquesta vegada l&#8217;activitat culin\u00e0ria va ser portada a terme per part de mares marroquines de l&#8217;escola. Aquestes mares van explicar la recepta per fer un plat molt t\u00edpic del Marroc:Tajin de vedella acompanyat amb prunes i orellanes caramelitzades i ametlles fregides.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest plat combina el gust de la carn i les esp\u00e8cies amb la dol\u00e7or de la fruita seca i \u00e9s d&#8217;un alt nivell proteic.<\/p>\n<p>El nivell de dificultat i el temps necessari \u00e9s bastant alt per\u00f2 val la pena intentar-ho ja que el resultat final \u00e9s una carn molt tendra, melosa i gustosa que es desf\u00e0 en els paladars m\u00e9s exclusius i selectes.<\/p>\n<p>Durant la elaboraci\u00f3 del plat, els assistents van fer un tast de postres t\u00edpiques del pa\u00eds i a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, van poder gaudir de la cerem\u00f2nia de prendre un t\u00e9 verd a la menta.<\/p>\n<p>Els ingredients del plat s\u00f3n els seg\u00fcents: carn de vedella, cebes, alls, oli d&#8217;oliva, sal, esp\u00e8cies, cilantre, prunes, orellanes, sucre, canyella, ametlles i \u00a0mantega.<\/p>\n<p>Primer es passa la carn per l&#8217;oli dintre una olla \u00a0i s&#8217;hi afegeix la ceba, all i cilantre ben trossejat i la sal. Tot seguit s&#8217;hi afegeixen les esp\u00e8cies i aigua i es fa bullir en una olla a pressi\u00f3 aproximadament 40 min. Si es fa a cocci\u00f3 lenta, en una olla normal s&#8217;ha de deixar m\u00e9s estona.<\/p>\n<p>Mentre es cou la carn , es posen les prunes i les orellanes en aigua bullint ,quan han canviat la textura s&#8217;escorren i es posen en una cassola i s&#8217;hi afegeix sucre, mantega i brou del bullit de la carn.
