LA MONTSE L&#8217;ANAVA LLEGINT I NOSALTRES SEGU\u00cdEM ELS PASSOS.<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin: auto; background-color: yellow; border: 1px solid red; padding: 15px; max-width: 600px;\">\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Farina de for\u00e7a, 500 grs.<\/li>\n<li>Aigua t\u00e8bia, 250 cc<\/li>\n<li>Llevat, 25 grs.<\/li>\n<li>Oli d&#8217;oliva, quantitat necess\u00e0ria<\/li>\n<li>Sal gruixuda, 1 grapat<\/li>\n<li>Sal fina, 1 culleradeta<\/li>\n<li>Sucre, 1 culleradeta<\/li>\n<li>Roman\u00ed, a gust<\/li>\n<li>Olives negres<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>COM FER-LA:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Posem tota la farina en un bol, fem un volc\u00e0 i afegim sal i una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva per les vores.<\/li>\n<li>Posem el llevat esmicolat, el sucre i l&#8217;aigua t\u00e8bia al centre. barregem i amassem fins aconseguir una massa llisa.<\/li>\n<li>Deixem llevar tapada durant 30 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Pintem amb oli una safata de forn i afegim la massa.<\/li>\n<li>Estirem i clavem els dits deixant foradets en tota la superf\u00edcie de la massa.<\/li>\n<li>Ruixem oli d&#8217;oliva, un grapat de sal gruixuda i el roman\u00ed i deixem descansar la massa tapada uns 10 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>La posem al forn fort 25 minuts o fins que es vegi daurada.<\/li>\n<li>Retirem, ruixem una mica m\u00e9s d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva i llest!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">PRIMER HEM RENTAT MOLT B\u00c9 LES MANS I LES TAULES I ENS HEM POSAT MANS A LA MASSA!<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>1.
