Aix\u00ed, prioritzem l&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 del <strong>mestre <\/strong><\/span><strong>d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>dins de la din\u00e0mica d&#8217;aula<\/strong>, mesura que afavoreix l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat, ja que permet dirigir els suports a tot l&#8217;alumnat i <\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">facilita la detecci\u00f3 de necessitats.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">Aquesta mesura afavoreix tamb\u00e9 l<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">a <strong>coordinaci\u00f3 setmanal entre els diferents mestres<\/strong> aix\u00ed com <\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">la <strong>prevenci\u00f3 i el disseny d&#8217;un pla de treball conjunt. <\/strong>A m\u00e9s, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fem propostes de <strong>treball en grup redu\u00eft<\/strong> i <strong>atencions individualitzades<\/strong>, segons les necessitats de cada infant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> A m\u00e9s, l&#8217;escola disposa d&#8217;un <strong>suport intensiu per a l&#8217;escolaritzaci\u00f3 inclusiva <a href=\"https:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/curriculum\/diversitat-i-inclusio\/mesures-i-suports\/intensius\/siei\/\">(SIEI)<\/a><\/strong> que suposa una dotaci\u00f3 extraordin\u00e0ria d&#8217;una mestra i una educadora que s&#8217;incorporen a la nostra plantilla <\/span>amb l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">implementar i de fer <strong>recerca continua d&#8217;estrat\u00e8gies<\/strong> que afavoreixin la\u00a0<\/span><strong>m\u00e0xima <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>participaci\u00f3 i inclusi\u00f3<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">de l\u2019alumnat amb necessitats educatives especials molt significatives, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">en les <strong>activitats di\u00e0ries de l&#8217;aula, <\/strong><\/span>sempre <strong>vetllant per la seva evoluci\u00f3<\/strong> en el seu proc\u00e9s d&#8217;aprenentatge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El SIEI \u00e9s espec\u00edfic per aquests infants, i <strong>permet ajustar la resposta educativa<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>adaptant-se a la seva singularitat, <span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\"><strong>de forma extensa i regular.<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00c9s un recurs per al centre, que se suma als suports universals i addicionals <strong>per a la inclusi\u00f3.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#8217;alumnat amb suport SIEI ha disposar de l&#8217;informe de reconeixement de necessitats espec\u00edfiques de suport educatives elaborat per l&#8217;EAP amb aquesta proposta d&#8217;escolaritzaci\u00f3 i d&#8217;un Pla de suport individualitzat (PI). La documentaci\u00f3 administrativa restant ser\u00e0 la mateixa per a la de l&#8217;alumne en general.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6295 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceiparquitectegaudi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1602\/2023\/02\/2-1-1024x1024.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"241\" height=\"241\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceiparquitectegaudi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1602\/2023\/02\/2-1-1024x1024.png 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceiparquitectegaudi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1602\/2023\/02\/2-1-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceiparquitectegaudi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1602\/2023\/02\/2-1-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceiparquitectegaudi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1602\/2023\/02\/2-1-768x768.png 768w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceiparquitectegaudi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1602\/2023\/02\/2-1.png 1080w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 241px) 100vw, 241px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comptem amb<strong> l&#8217;acompanyament setmanal<\/strong> de la psicopedagoga de <strong>l&#8217;Equip d&#8217;Atenci\u00f3 Psicopedag\u00f2gica <a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat1\/categoria\/eap\/\">(EAP)<\/a><\/strong> i amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 d&#8217;altres agents educatius com el CDIAP, CSMIJ, CRETDIC, etc. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Considerem que aquest<strong> treball en xarxa n&#8217;\u00e9s clau<\/strong> per fer possible una <strong>atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat de qualitat.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per \u00faltim, des del curs 17\/18 comptem amb una AIS o Aula Integral de Suport, ubicada a l&#8217;edifici annex a l&#8217;escola.\u00a0<i><\/i><\/span><i>El Decret 150\/2017 d\u2019Escola Inclusiva \u00e9s el referent normatiu que ha fet possible la creaci\u00f3 de les Aules Integrals de Suport. <\/i>Son un espai <b>educatiu (Educaci\u00f3) i terap\u00e8utic (Salut Mental)<\/b>\u00a0<strong>singular<\/strong> que t\u00e9 com a objectiu proporcionar, de forma temporal, una atenci\u00f3 integral i intensiva.
