Ens ofereixen eines que permeten prevenir, detectar, gestionar i resoldre les situacions de conflicte o problemes en diferents \u00e0mbits (familiar, educatiu, social, laboral, judicial i comunitari) per tal de poder millorar la conviv\u00e8ncia i refor\u00e7ar els vincles afectius entre les persones afectades per aquestes situacions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En moltes ocasions, l\u2019alumnat no arriba a preveure ni comprendre l\u2019impacte real dels seus actes en les altres persones, ja sigui un conflicte de relaci\u00f3 o no fer les tasques en un grup cooperatiu. Els docents poden ajudar i facilitar que entenguin les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies del seu comportament junt amb l\u2019oportunitat de reparar els danys i les relacions malmeses de manera cooperativa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hi ha diverses pr\u00e0ctiques restauratives, des de les m\u00e9s informals, com l\u2019expressi\u00f3 afectiva i la conversa restaurativa, a les m\u00e9s formals, com \u00e9s el cas dels cercles restauratius, passant pels cercles de di\u00e0leg. Les primeres permeten i potencien el desenvolupament de les habilitats socials i emocionals, ajuden a integrar els principis i el llenguatge restauratiu b\u00e0sic, i possibiliten integrar-les en la vida quotidiana, fent comunitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A l\u2019escola, posem en pr\u00e0ctica el cercle restauratiu (entre d\u2019altres).
