Per altra banda, com a punts millorar, clarament trobem la pr\u00e0ctica d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3. A continuaci\u00f3 desglossem aquests, juntament amb la resta de punts que no hem mencionat. En general tots els diferents perfils es mostren coherents i no hi ha gaire difer\u00e8ncia entre les respostes dels diferents agents. dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Amb aquestes eines, v\u00e0rem elaborar una diagnosi acurada del nostre centre tenint clar quines eren les nostres Fortaleses, les nostres Amenaces i les Oportunitats de la nostra cultura digital per poder entomar una transformaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquesta magnitud acollint les caracter\u00edstiques de la nostra comunitat tenim una estrat\u00e8gia digital a seguir que hem desenvolupat en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb els mestres de tot el claustre. Donem suport a la incorporaci\u00f3 de noves tecnologies d\u2019ensenyament a l\u2019aula.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i interconnexi\u00f3<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">En aquest punt, tot i que els resultats es mouen entre un 3 i un 3,4, ens manca definir una estrat\u00e8gia d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 c\u00edclica conjunta. No sempre debatem sobre els avantatges i els inconvenients de l\u2019ensenyan\u00e7a i l\u2019aprenentatge amb tecnologies digitals, tot i que ho tenim en compte. Ens falta globalitzar en tots els cicles l\u2019\u00fas de tecnologies digitals al col\u00b7laborar amb altres organitzacions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Infraestructura i equips<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">A nivell d\u2019infraestructura, el nostre centre dona suport total a l\u2019ensenyament i aprenentatge amb tecnologies digital. Tenim a disposici\u00f3 dispositius digitals per utilitzar-los a trav\u00e9s d\u2019internet. En el moment en el que sorgeix algun imprevist o problema t\u00e8cnic, no sempre es solucionen les incid\u00e8ncies de manera immediata. Al nostre centre existeixen sistemes de protecci\u00f3 de dades, que s\u2019han vist refor\u00e7ats despr\u00e9s de fer la FIC. Amb la nova dotaci\u00f3 d\u2019ordinadors els alumnes tenen m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil acc\u00e9s als dispositius quan els necessites.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Desenvolupament professional continu<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Des de fa un parell d\u2019anys, hem anat refor\u00e7ant la formaci\u00f3 al centre en funci\u00f3 de les mancances i punts d\u00e8bils que s\u2019han anat detectant. En aquest sentit, la FIC digital d\u2019aquest curs ha estat refor\u00e7 espec\u00edfic per dotar de compet\u00e8ncia digital al professorat a l\u2019hora que hem pogut adaptar-ne alguns dels seus continguts a les necessitats espec\u00edfiques de cada cicle. Aix\u00f2 ens ha perm\u00e9s abordar amb m\u00e9s precisi\u00f3 aquells aspectes que hem detectat anteriorment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Pedagogia: suports i recursos<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">El professorat del centre est\u00e0 habituat a buscar, crear\u00a0 recursos educatius a trav\u00e9s d\u2019internet, a l\u2019hora que els utilitza en EVA\u2019s. Des de fa m\u00e9s de 5 anys, l\u2019escola ha utilitzat les tecnologies digitals per tal de comunicar-se internament i externament en tots els \u00e0mbits d\u2019actuaci\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Pedagogia: implementaci\u00f3 a l\u2019aula<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Les tecnologies digitals s\u00f3n utilitzades pel nostre professorat per adaptar els continguts a les necessitats individuals de l\u2019alumnat. A l\u2019hora, s\u2019han utilitzat activitats d\u2019aprenentatge digitals que han motivat i fomentar la creativitat de l\u2019alumnat. Aquestes eines tecnol\u00f2giques tamb\u00e9 han servit per facilitar la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre alumnes i s\u2019han convertit en una eina indispensable per treballar els projectes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Pr\u00e0ctiques d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Aquest punt \u00e9s amb difer\u00e8ncia el punt on hem trobat m\u00e9s mancances, tot i que despr\u00e9s d\u2019haver fet la FIC hem creat una l\u00ednia d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 transversal a tot el centre. En primer lloc, hem determinat que no sempre el professorat utilitza tecnologies digitals per avaluar les habilitats de l\u2019alumnat. A partir de la FIC, hem afegit eines de retroalimentaci\u00f3 digital que permet al professorat veure la utilitzat d\u2019aquestes eines. Aix\u00ed mateix, un altre punt a millorar seria l\u2019\u00fas d\u2019eines de tecnologies digitals per a que l\u2019alumnat pugui realitzar observacions constructives sobre les feines dels seus companys i companyes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Compet\u00e8ncies digitals de l\u2019alumnat<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Des del centre, tenim ben present la import\u00e0ncia d\u2019incidir amb l\u2019aspecte de la seguretat, des de l\u2019inici de l\u2019\u00fas de dispositius digitals per part de l\u2019alumnat. Aix\u00ed doncs el nostre alumnat apr\u00e8n a utilitzar internet de manera segura i responsable. La selecci\u00f3 d\u2019informaci\u00f3 fiable i precisa a internet pren import\u00e0ncia tamb\u00e9 des d\u2019un inici en les din\u00e0miques que es desenvolupen a l\u2019aula, buscant diferents fonts i contrastant-les. A l\u2019hora, en el cas que no se\u2019n surtin, saben demanar ajuda.
