Davant la Biblioteca Artur Martorell. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/SooAX8rZZUa2swNF8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pl\u00e0nol<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SORTIDA: <\/strong>9 h a Av. Mar\u00eda Cristina (Fonts de Montju\u00efc).<\/p>\n<p><strong>RECORREGUT<\/strong>: 7,8 Km (caminant, corrents, saltant&#8230; com tu vulguis!). <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.carreradelamujer.com\/barcelona\/articulo\/barcelona-recorrido-carrera-de-la-mujer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pl\u00e0nol<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>INSCRIPCIONS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ja som a prop de 40 inscrites a la cursa a l&#8217;equip de l\u2019Escola \u00c0ngels Garriga participem en la Cursa de la Dona.<\/p>\n<p>Encara hi ets a temps!! Omple aquest <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/ZF4kqKtcVejgAMYN6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>formulari d&#8217;inscripci\u00f3<\/strong>, <\/a>fins l&#8217;11 de novembre.<\/p>\n<p>Disposem de 80 dorsals gratu\u00efts per totes les mares, \u00e0vies, tietes, mestres, monitores i nenes de l\u2019escola (edat m\u00ednima 12 anys).<\/p>\n<p>Totes les dones de l\u2019escola poden participar!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>L<\/strong><strong>LIURAMENT DE SAMARRETES I DORSALS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ser\u00e0 el <strong>divendres 15 de novembre<\/strong>, a partir de les 16:15 h i fins les 17:15 h, a la porta de l\u2019escola.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>APORTACIONS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A consergeria de l&#8217;escola trobareu la <strong>Caixa Solidaria<\/strong>, on farem la recollida de donacions per a l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 Espanyola Contra el C\u00e0ncer (AECC), recaptaci\u00f3 que donarem \u00edntegrament a aquesta associaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Tothom pot col\u00b7laborar, no cal estar inscrita a la cursa.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>ENTRENAMENTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Si entrenes pel teu compte, t&#8217;oferim una proposta de<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipangelsgarrigabcn\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu799\/2019\/10\/Preparem-la-curs-de-la-dona.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pla d&#8217;entrenament<\/a> <\/strong>per a les qui comencem a c\u00f2rrer o a caminar.<\/p>\n<p>Si vols entrenar acompanyada, uneix-te al nostre<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/chat.whatsapp.com\/Kqg7b3lwq4SH4mQmA8l2Cd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">grup de whatsapp<\/a><\/strong> per sortir a c\u00f2rrer-caminar.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"auto\">No cal estar inscrit a la cursa per participar al grup<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Hi ha qui va caminant i qui va corrents.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Ens apuntem si ens va b\u00e9 per a cada <strong>dilluns (21 h) i dijous (20 h)<\/strong>.
