El poder pol\u00edtic<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Hist\u00f2ricament, les dones han estat invisibilitzades i excloses de la pol\u00edtica institucional. Als governs del pa\u00eds se situa entre el 46% i el 55%. La visibilitat de les batllesses \u00e9s important, perqu\u00e8 governen ciutats com ara Barcelona, Castell\u00f3 de la Plana, Andorra la Vella, l\u2019Hospitalet de Llobregat, Girona i Ciutadella, per\u00f2 la igualtat encara \u00e9s lluny, especialment en aquesta q\u00fcesti\u00f3.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>2. Les feines de casa<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Una part important de la poblaci\u00f3 encara veu les feines de casa com una activitat essencialment femenina. Fins i tot, en el cas que m\u00e9s convergeix, les dones treballadores hi dediquen m\u00e9s temps que no pas els homes inactius o desocupats.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Aquesta proporci\u00f3 es mant\u00e9 en activitats com ara la cura dels infants a casa.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">3. L\u2019escletxa salarial<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Una de les desigualtats m\u00e9s evidents \u00e9s la difer\u00e8ncia de salari entre homes i dones. Fins i tot, ajustat pel nivell educatiu i el tipus de feina, hi ha difer\u00e8ncies. Simplement, les dones cobren menys que no pas els homes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>4. L\u2019esport<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">L\u2019esport i l\u2019exercici f\u00edsic s\u2019han considerat tradicionalment una cosa d\u2019homes. Una difer\u00e8ncia que tamb\u00e9 es trasllada a tots els aspectes de l\u2019esport federat.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Les dones\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.observatoridelesport.cat\/docus\/estudis_publicats\/OCE_14_estudis_publicats_ca.pdf\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">exerceixen<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0l\u201911% de les presid\u00e8ncies dels clubes esportius de Catalunya, el 23% de la direcci\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica i el 33% de les secretaries.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">5. Una dada que va lligada al fet que hom les associa a aquestes tasques.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">A m\u00e9s, aquesta q\u00fcesti\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 va estretament relacionada amb la precarietat de les dones, at\u00e8s que sense una dedicaci\u00f3 completa \u00e9s dif\u00edcil d\u2019ascendir laboralment. Les dones tenen el 72% dels contractes a temps parcial i nom\u00e9s un 41% dels contractes a temps complet. Cal afegir que vora un 20% de les que en tenen un a temps parcial afirmen que \u00e9s perqu\u00e8 tenen obligacions familiars o perqu\u00e8 s\u2019han d\u2019encarregar de la mainada, de malalts o d\u2019ancians. Un percentatge que nom\u00e9s \u00e9s del 2,74% entre els homes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">6. Viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">L\u2019any passat va haver-hi un total de 52.297 den\u00fancies als Pa\u00efsos Catalans per viol\u00e8ncia masclista. Un problema afegit \u00e9s que aquestes actituds es manifesten independentment de l\u2019edat.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>7. La por d\u2019anar sola<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">En la darrera enquesta \u00d2mnibus de la Generalitat de Catalunya, un 68% de les dones entre 18 anys i 24 ubicava entre el 7 i el 10 el grau de por de caminar sola de nit per por de ser agredida sexualment (en una escala de l\u20191 al 10). Aix\u00f2 va relacionat estretament amb m\u00e9s percepcions, com ara que un 82% de les joves entre 18 anys i 24 considera que sovint es fan comentaris sexuals a bars, discoteques, festes majors i espais d\u2019oci.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Amb encara m\u00e9s gravetat, un 73% creu que sovint hi ha actituds molestes de car\u00e0cter sexual (com ara insistir quan s\u2019ha dit que no o ser seguida). Tamb\u00e9 n\u2019hi ha un 53% que percep que sovint hi ha tocaments sexuals sense viol\u00e8ncia i un 26% considera que s\u00ed que se\u2019n cometen amb viol\u00e8ncia. Un 17% afirma que s\u00f3n freq\u00fcents les violacions o intents de violaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">8.
