Podeu deixar els vostres comentaris a sota de l&#8217;article i explicar-me si us agraden els recursos que vaig penjant, o b\u00e9, si us agradaria alguna proposta sobre un tema en concret.<\/p>\n<p>Durant el cap de setmana podeu descansar de feines escolars i aprofitar per fer m\u00e9s exercici, per\u00f2 no oblideu que ho heu de fer cada dia! Segons la Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut (OMS), \u00e9s recomanable realitzar 60 minuts o m\u00e9s activitat f\u00edsica di\u00e0ria. Durant el curs feu activitats extraescolars, educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica, sortiu al pati&#8230; Per\u00f2 aquests dies que no sortim de casa \u00e9s m\u00e9s important que mai que ens moguem.
