Els drets ho s\u00f3n per a les persones! Volem manifestar les enormes dificultats que pateixen actualment i que, entre altres, s\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La desigualtat salarial.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La menor pres\u00e8ncia en espais de decisi\u00f3 o mitjans de comunicaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La segregaci\u00f3 ocupacional.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La falta de corresponsabilitat en les feines de tenir cura dels altres i de la llar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La viol\u00e8ncia masclista.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Demanem garantir la igualtat d\u2019oportunitats per a tothom, perqu\u00e8 d\u2019aquesta manera avancem cap a una societat m\u00e9s democr\u00e0tica, amb m\u00e9s benestar, m\u00e9s desenvolupament hum\u00e0 i promovent un model social on les persones siguin el centre de tot all\u00f2 que fem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cal comptar amb el comprom\u00eds de les administracions locals perqu\u00e8 facin costat a les dones i a les organitzacions que defensen i reivindiquen el seu reconeixement com a ciutadanes de ple dret.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s un repte molt gran, per\u00f2 amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i la complicitat de les institucions, agents socials i de les dones, les nenes, els homes i els nens del nostre poble, ho podrem fer realitat.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Avui totes i tots #Som Dones, perqu\u00e8 totes i tots us volem fer costat.
