Tothom va fer men\u00fas diferents. Seguidament ens va explicar que la pir\u00e0mide dels aliments no estava ordenada per el qu\u00e8 no podem menjar o el qu\u00e8 podem menjar i \u00e9s m\u00e9s saludable, sin\u00f3 que estava ordenada per racions a la setmana\/dia, de quins aliments hem de menjar m\u00e9s i de quins hauriem de menjar-ne amb\u00a0 menys quantitat. Tamb\u00e9 ens van explicar quins eren els aliments reguladors, constructors i energ\u00e8tics. Seguidament, vam fer una activitat en qu\u00e8 haviem de col\u00b7locar diferents aliments en: reguladors, constructors i energ\u00e8tics. Vam posar en com\u00fa els resultats i idees que en teniem i seguidament vam fer un experiment tot simulant el nostre cor.<\/p>\n<p>En un recipient vam afegir-ho colorant vermell per simular la sang del nostre cos i primerament vam anar afegint-hi greixos saturats i vam observar qu\u00e8 passava en la nostra sang. Aquest no es barrejava i formava una capa viscosa a sobre. A continuaci\u00f3 varem introduir-hi greixos bons per al organisme i aquests es dissolien f\u00e0cilment. Per acaba vam introduir-hi greixos dolents per l&#8217;organisme i aquests feien que el nostre cor bategues for\u00e7adament, ja que no es dissolien i formaven una capa greixosa a la sang.
