Ens ha explicat que hi ha dos tipus d\u2019aliments: els saludables, que s\u00f3n el \u201ccombustible de campions\u201d, i els no saludables, que s\u00f3n el \u201ccombustible zombi\u201d. \ud83e\udd66\ud83c\udf4e\ud83c\udf6b<\/p>\n<p>Per entendre-ho millor, hem comparat els aliments amb el combustible dels cotxes: igual que els vehicles necessiten una bona gasolina per funcionar b\u00e9, el nostre cos tamb\u00e9 necessita aliments saludables per tenir energia, cr\u00e9ixer forts i sentir-nos b\u00e9. \ud83d\ude97\u26a1<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de tres activitats diferents hem descobert quins h\u00e0bits ens ajuden a alimentar-nos millor i a cuidar el nostre cos.
