{"id":4161,"date":"2020-03-27T09:49:59","date_gmt":"2020-03-27T08:49:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipalfonsi\/?p=4161"},"modified":"2020-03-27T09:49:59","modified_gmt":"2020-03-27T08:49:59","slug":"activat-a-casa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipalfonsi\/general\/activat-a-casa\/","title":{"rendered":"Activa&#8217;t a casa!!!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Segons l&#8217;Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut (OMS), \u00e9s recomanable realitzar 60 minuts o m\u00e9s d\u2019activitat f\u00edsica di\u00e0ria.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0Aquests dies de confinament, tot i que cal recon\u00e8ixer que s<\/span>\u00f3n moments dif\u00edcils per a tots i totes, \u00e9s m\u00e9s important que mai que ens moguem ja que realitzar activitat f\u00edsica durant la nostra estada a casa ens ajudar\u00e0 a <em><strong>millorar la nostra circulaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/em>, <em><strong>enfortir el nostre sistema immunitari<\/strong><\/em>, <em><strong>controlar el nostre pes<\/strong><\/em>, <em><strong>enfortir els nostres ossos i musculatura<\/strong><\/em>, <em><strong>reduir l\u2019ansietat<\/strong><\/em> i <strong><em>millorar el nostre estat d\u2019\u00e0nim<\/em><\/strong>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Per aquest motiu, des de l\u2019\u00e0rea d\u2019educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica, vam comen\u00e7ar la setmana passada a compartir amb vosaltres algunes propostes senzilles que poden fer els\/les vostres fills\/es a casa amb poc o cap material i\/o que podeu fer conjuntament amb ells\/es.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Aix\u00ed doncs, us animeu?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Aquest divendres us animem a que complementeu les propostes que us v\u00e0rem oferir la setmana passada amb les seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Educaci\u00f3 Infantil i Cicle Inicial<\/strong>: ballar el &#8220;<em><strong>Ball del Bugui-Bugui<\/strong><\/em>&#8221; (als vostres fills i filles els\/les hi encantar\u00e0 que us poseu en rotllana per ballar i, a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, seran uns\/es grans mestres pels de casa. Per desgr\u00e0cia a P3 encara no hav\u00edem iniciat aquest treball i haureu de ser vosaltres mateixos\/es qui adopti el rol de mestre\/a, per\u00f2 no patiu perqu\u00e8 segur que ho fareu genial). A continuaci\u00f3 us deixem un enlla\u00e7 amb la m\u00fasica:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"ast-oembed-container \" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Bugui-Bugui.wmv\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/AEOjnM9SXk0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Una altra activitat que podeu fer \u00e9s proposar-los-hi diferents <strong><em>circuits de despla\u00e7aments<\/em><\/strong> en els que hagin per exemple de passar per sota de cadires, caminar per sobre de coixins, arrossegar-se d&#8217;un punt de la casa a l&#8217;altre, saltar per sobre de les vostres cames o de diferents objectes que hi hagi per terra i\/o incl\u00fas, si podeu posar algun matal\u00e0s a terra, fer croquetes o tombarelles endavant, procurant sempre recolzar les dues mans a terra i amagar el cap fent que la barbeta toqui el pit per tal d&#8217;afavorir el rodament a terra i evitar el gir de coll cap a un o altre costat. Aquesta coreografia est\u00e0 efectuada per nens i nenes de\u00a0l&#8217;escola de dansa <em>Saskia&#8217;s Dansschool\u00a0<\/em> i esperem que us ho passeu tant b\u00e9 com ells i elles ballant-la!!!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>https:\/\/youtu.be\/seg8bLgxV1g<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Cicle Superior<\/strong>: pels grans de l&#8217;escola us proposem la pr\u00e0ctica de la <em><strong>coreografia &#8220;Uptown Funk&#8221;<\/strong><\/em>, un pel m\u00e9s complexa que l&#8217;anterior, \u00a0de la qual us deixem un petit tutorial (en angl\u00e8s, gr\u00e0cies a la mateixa escola de dansa <em>Saskia&#8217;s Dansschool,<\/em> per tal de que practiqueu aquesta llengua de manera divertida) per aprendre els diferents moviments i un altre enlla\u00e7 amb el ball sencer. En tornar a la normalitat intentarem fer algunes sessions on, per grups, haureu de dissenyar la vostra pr\u00f2pia coreografia, per tant, aneu agafant tantes idees com us sigui possible!!!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>https:\/\/youtu.be\/4YTS4zYWHoU<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/youtu.be\/aXDvdCDAyHo<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Finalment, desitjant-vos que estigui tots i tots molt b\u00e9 i tal com hem comentat als pares i mares pel Dinantia, us animem a que, a trav\u00e9s del mateix Dinantia, ens feu arribar v\u00eddeos de vosaltres mateixos\/es fent activitat f\u00edsica, ja que si en reben suficients, intentarem fer un muntatge musical per a que us pugueu veure els\/les uns\/es als\/les altres. Vinga molts \u00e0nim i penseu que ja queda una setmana menys per
