S\u00f3n molt di\u00fcr\u00e8tiques, riques en potassi, vitamina C, flavonoides, carotens i antioxidants que ens ajuden a prevenir l\u2019envelliment. Riques en fibra i amb molt poques calories, les nespres s\u00f3n una molt bona opci\u00f3 per als nostres \u00e0pats.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #993366\">Les prunes<\/span>, caracter\u00edstiques pel seu poder laxant, tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n riques en ferro i vitamina C, entre d\u2019altres.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #cc99ff\">Els albercocs<\/span> i<span style=\"color: #00ff00\"> nectarines<\/span>, tamb\u00e9 amb un gran poder antioxidant, aquestes fruites ens aporten carot\u00e8, vitamina C, zinc i seleni. Les seves propietats saludables s\u00f3n moltes : ens ajuden a prevenir l\u2019envelliment, milloren la salut de la vista i la pell i tenen propietats que disminueixen l\u2019estrenyiment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El proper mes de juny arribar\u00e0 l&#8217;estiu i estarem de vacances, aix\u00ed que ja sabem: menjar fruites acolorides ens vindr\u00e0 molt b\u00e9 per
