Projecte 2n: TASTA&#8217;M"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Seguint el gui\u00f3 de les nostres propostes de treball, el passat dijous 4 de maig v\u00e0rem centrar-nos en tots aquells consells que fan refer\u00e8ncia a una dieta sana i equilibrada.<\/p>\n<p>Per resoldre aquesta q\u00fcesti\u00f3 ens va visitar la Dietista-nutricionista Ivet Ribot, especialista en diet\u00e8tica i nutrici\u00f3 de l&#8217;Hospital de Cerdanya.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta\u00a0Dietista-nutricionista va explicar-nos la import\u00e0ncia de portar una dieta sana i equilibrada per tal que el nostre cos funcioni b\u00e9 i estigui sa.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;explicar-nos tots els grups d&#8217;aliments i la import\u00e0ncia del valor nutritiu de cadascun d&#8217;ells, v\u00e0rem posar-nos a la pr\u00e0ctica elaborant nosaltres mateixos men\u00fas equilibrats per cadascun dels \u00e0pats que fem al llarg del dia, sabent quin grup d&#8217;aliments hi ha d&#8217;haver\u00a0en els\u00a0\u00e0pats que fem al llarg del dia.<\/p>\n<p>Amb tot plegat\u00a0 hem\u00a0arribat a la conclusi\u00f3 que hi ha alguns aliments que cal consumir-los cada dia, per un bon funcionament del nostre cos i per el nostre propi benestar.<\/p>\n<p>Hi ha d&#8217;altres aliments que els hem de consumir de manera ocasional, per molt que ens agradin (dol\u00e7os,\u00a0pastisseria industrial\u00a0i begudes ensucrades).<\/p>\n<p>I hem vist que la beguda principal ha de ser l&#8217;aigua, el nostre cos est\u00e0 fet d&#8217;una gran quantitat d&#8217;aigua ( per aix\u00f2 la necessitem).<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed us deixem un enlla\u00e7 on els vostres fills poden elaborar els seus propis men\u00fas per cadascun dels \u00e0pats que fan al llarg del dia.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.diba.cat\/web\/salutpublica\/menja_be_jocs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/www.diba.cat\/web\/salutpublica\/menja_be_jocs<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/photos.app.goo.gl\/ahuOTltPGTZZdebg2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FOTOS<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seguint el gui\u00f3 de les nostres propostes de treball, el passat dijous 4 de maig v\u00e0rem centrar-nos en tots aquells consells que fan refer\u00e8ncia a una dieta sana i equilibrada.
