I els m\u00e9s petits\u00a0ho descobreixen amb el\u00a0<strong>Pla de consum de fruita a les escoles<\/strong>, una iniciativa de la Uni\u00f3 Europea que a Catalunya es va iniciar el curs escolar 2009\/2010 i que es fa efectiva mitjan\u00e7ant una acci\u00f3 coordinada dels departaments d\u2019Agricultura, Ramaderia, Pesca, Alimentaci\u00f3 i Medi Natural, Salut i Ensenyament.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest mes\u00a0hem repartit\u00a0<strong>kiwis<\/strong> i<strong>\u00a0peres<\/strong> la primera\u00a0setmana, i la propera entregarem<strong> pomes<\/strong> i <strong>taronges<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipalfonsi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1033\/bp-attachments\/1728\/escola-verda.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1729 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipalfonsi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1033\/bp-attachments\/1728\/escola-verda.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"422\" height=\"182\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipalfonsi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1033\/bp-attachments\/1728\/escola-verda.jpg 608w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipalfonsi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1033\/bp-attachments\/1728\/escola-verda-300x129.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 422px) 100vw, 422px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Propietats de les fruites que estem repartint aquest hivern:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les fruites s\u00f3n uns aliments d&#8217;origen vegetal primordials per a la bona alimentaci\u00f3 i nutrici\u00f3 de tots nosaltres.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tenen un contingut molt elevat en aigua, per la qual cosa hidraten l&#8217;organisme.<\/li>\n<li>A difer\u00e8ncia de les verdures, les fruites contenen hidrats de carboni, perqu\u00e8 tenen sucres, com ara la fructosa, que li confereixen el gust dol\u00e7. Com m\u00e9s madura \u00e9s la fruita, m\u00e9s contingut en sucres tindr\u00e0.<\/li>\n<li>Ens proporcionen fibra que ens ajuda a regular el tr\u00e0nsit intestinal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>L&#8217;hivern<\/strong> \u00e9s l&#8217;estaci\u00f3 del fred i de diversos virus, com els dels refredats i els de la grip, que necessiten baixes temperatures per propagar-se. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que cal refor\u00e7ar el sistema immunitari, i <strong>la Natura ens aporta els<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>c<\/strong><strong>\u00ed<\/strong><strong>trics<\/strong>, unes fruites molt riques en vitamina C, que t\u00e9 la propietat de refor\u00e7ar les nostres defenses. Els c\u00edtrics, com les\u00a0<strong>taronges,<\/strong>\u00a0les\u00a0<strong>mandarines,\u00a0<\/strong>les\u00a0<strong>aranges<\/strong>, o els<strong> kiwis, <\/strong>\u00a0s\u00f3n fruites que contenen \u00e0cid c\u00edtric (responsable del seu gust \u00e0cid caracter\u00edstic), que potencia l\u2019acci\u00f3 de la vitamina C. Aquesta vitamina, a m\u00e9s de refor\u00e7ar el sistema immunitari i prevenir les infeccions, afavoreix l\u2019absorci\u00f3 del ferro dels aliments i interv\u00e9 en la formaci\u00f3 dels ossos, les dents, les articulacions i els gl\u00f2buls vermells. Els c\u00edtrics tamb\u00e9 contenen olis essencials que podem obtenir nom\u00e9s d&#8217;aquestes fruites, perqu\u00e8 el nostre organisme no els pot sintetitzar.<\/p>\n<p>Durant l&#8217;hivern, encara trobarem al mercat les\u00a0<strong>pomes,\u00a0<\/strong>que arriben a la tardor. Hi ha de diferents menes, i n&#8217;hi ha de molt conegudes, com ara la\u00a0<strong>Red Delicious, Starking, Golden Delicious, Mc Intosh,\u00a0<\/strong>; la\u00a0<strong>Reineta<\/strong>; la\u00a0<strong>Granny Smith;<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Royal Gala<\/strong>. La\u00a0<strong>poma<\/strong>\u00a0t\u00e9 un alt contingut en aigua (el 85%) i en fibra, i aporta poques quilocalories. A m\u00e9s, \u00e9s rica en uns elements fitoqu\u00edmics, els flavonoides, que tenen propietats antioxidants. Si es menja crua, estimula el tr\u00e0nsit intestinal, i si es menja cuita o ratllada, com que produeix pectina (un suc esp\u00e8s i marron\u00f3s), t\u00e9 efectes astringents.<\/p>\n<p>I ara que sabem una mica m\u00e9s de la fruita que estem menjant, aprofitem el que ens\u00a0ofereix el<strong> Pla de consum de fruita a les<\/strong> <strong>escoles<\/strong>, gaudint d&#8217;un consum sabor\u00f3s i saludable.<\/p>\n<p>Bon profit!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Menjar fruita \u00e9s sa i divertit!
