{"id":287,"date":"2016-07-08T09:55:55","date_gmt":"2016-07-08T08:55:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipalber\/?page_id=287"},"modified":"2025-09-24T09:44:45","modified_gmt":"2025-09-24T07:44:45","slug":"pla-catala-de-lesport","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipalber\/pla-catala-de-lesport\/","title":{"rendered":"Pla Catal\u00e0 per l&#8217;Esport a l&#8217;Escola"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\">El Pla Catal\u00e0 d\u2019Esport a l\u2019Escola \u00e9s el programa de la Generalitat de Catalunya que t\u00e9 com a objectiu principal posar a l\u2019abast de tots els alumnes dels centres educatius de Catalunya la pr\u00e0ctica d\u2019activitats f\u00edsiques i esportives fora de l\u2019horari lectiu, per tal de lluitar contra el redu\u00eft \u00edndex de participaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat en l\u2019esport escolar i l\u2019increment dels h\u00e0bits sedentaris i de l\u2019obesitat -amb una incid\u00e8ncia preocupant en la poblaci\u00f3 infantil i juvenil- i de fomentar la demanda social creixent en mat\u00e8ria de salut i benestar. Des del curs 2008-2009 la nostra escola en forma part.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ucec.cat\/esport-escolar\/pla-catala-de-lesport-a-lescola\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1794\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipalber\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu666\/2024\/10\/logo-pla-catala-esport.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"260\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipalber\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu666\/2024\/10\/logo-pla-catala-esport.jpg 650w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipalber\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu666\/2024\/10\/logo-pla-catala-esport-300x120.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, el Pla pret\u00e9n posar a l\u2019abast de tots els alumnes la pr\u00e0ctica d\u2019activitats f\u00edsiques i esportives, i aprofitar el gran potencial d\u2019aquestes activitats per contribuir a la formaci\u00f3 personal i c\u00edvica dels nostres infants i joves.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipalber\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu666\/2024\/10\/trobada_CM_24.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1796\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipalber\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu666\/2024\/10\/trobada_CM_24-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"537\" height=\"403\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipalber\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu666\/2024\/10\/trobada_CM_24-1024x768.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipalber\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu666\/2024\/10\/trobada_CM_24-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipalber\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu666\/2024\/10\/trobada_CM_24-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipalber\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu666\/2024\/10\/trobada_CM_24-1536x1152.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipalber\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu666\/2024\/10\/trobada_CM_24-200x150.jpeg 200w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipalber\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu666\/2024\/10\/trobada_CM_24.jpeg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 537px) 100vw, 537px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">M\u00e9s concretament, podem destacar els objectius seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">Incrementar la participaci\u00f3 en activitats f\u00edsiques i esportives en horari no lectiu de l\u2019alumnat del centre.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">Aprofitar el gran potencial educatiu i formatiu de les activitats f\u00edsiques i esportives, cercant la participaci\u00f3 per damunt de la competitivitat.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">Potenciar la funci\u00f3 integradora i de cohesi\u00f3 social de l\u2019esport escolar, facilitant l\u2019acc\u00e9s de tots els nens i nenes a la pr\u00e0ctica esportiva escolar i, en especial, dels nouvinguts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">Contribuir mitjan\u00e7ant la pr\u00e0ctica esportiva a la formaci\u00f3 en valors com la toler\u00e0ncia, el respecte als altres i a les regles, la confian\u00e7a en un mateix, l\u2019esfor\u00e7 de superaci\u00f3, l\u2019autocr\u00edtica, l\u2019autonomia, la capacitat de decisi\u00f3, l\u2019autogesti\u00f3, la cooperaci\u00f3, el treball en equip, entre d\u2019altres.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">Fomentar la pr\u00e0ctica regular d\u2019activitats f\u00edsiques i esportives i l\u2019adquisici\u00f3 d\u2019h\u00e0bits saludables que contribueixin a un millor benestar.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">A la nostra escola, els darrers cursos s\u2019han pogut desenvolupar les activitats extraescolars amb normalitat.
