Ho deixem fregir tot junt. Quan hagi\u00a0agafat color, ho afegirem al sofregit amb l&#8217;aigua que ja estar\u00e0 bullint posant tamb\u00e9 el llor\u00e9 i la canyella.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipalba\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu598\/2016\/10\/20161020_111444.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-4822\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipalba\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu598\/2016\/10\/20161020_111444-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"20161020_111444\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Quan far\u00e0 mitja hora que bull tot, tirarem els p\u00e8sols i ho deixarem bullir fins comprovar que la vedella est\u00e0 tova.<\/p>\n<p>Farem una picada amb els alls i julivert que afegirem a l&#8217;estofat i ho deixarem bullir tot cinc minuts m\u00e9s.
