L’estat d’alarma pel coronavirus i el confinament obligat ha alterat el dia a dia de milers de fam\u00edlies. B\u00e9 sigui perqu\u00e8 algun dels pares continua treballant (encara que sigui telem\u00e0ticament) o b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 cap dels dos ho fa, totes les llars han hagut de readaptar rutines.<\/p>\n
A la xarxa hi ha consells i recursos pedag\u00f2gics per fer m\u00e9s suportable la situaci\u00f3. Una de les claus \u00e9s, ja d’entrada, fer un horari que permet mantenir rutines i readaptar aquelles que, per necessitat, han hagut de canviar. Cal combinar esbarjo, estudi i joc en fam\u00edlia; i tamb\u00e9 deixar una estona per a la televisi\u00f3 i la tablet.<\/p>\n
