SESSI\u00d3 DE IOGA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A partir dels 3\/4 anys, els nens i nenes poden comen\u00e7ar a fer ioga, una pr\u00e0ctica que els pot donar pau i els pot ajudar a concentrar-se, gestionar les seves emocions i treballar h\u00e0bits posturals amb el seu cos.<\/p>\n<p>A la sessi\u00f3 d&#8217;avui hem combinat diferents postures (el lle\u00f3, la papallona, la serp, la granota, el gos, el gat i la muntanya), exercicis de respiraci\u00f3 i de relaxaci\u00f3.
