style=\"color: #339966;\">QU\u00c8 S\u00d3N? <\/span>Els grups interactius\u00a0 s\u00f3n una Actuaci\u00f3 Educativa d\u2019\u00c8xit en qu\u00e8 fomenta l\u2019aprenentatge dial\u00f2gic. \u00c9s una forma d\u2019organitzar l\u2019aula que ajuda a millora els resultats acad\u00e8mics i les relacions socials.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #339966;\">A l&#8217;escola tenim la sort de contar amb voluntaris que ajuden als grups interactius i hem iniciat aquesta activitat a tota l&#8217;escola.\u00a0<\/span><\/h6>\n\r\n\t<div class=\"slideshow_container prim\u00e0ria fa un cop per setmana <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grups Interactius<\/span><b>. Durant una hora i quart treballen en petits grups les activitats que els mestres tenen a punt perqu\u00e8 facin <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">al costat d&#8217;un adult<\/span><b> que els acompanya.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els grups interactius s\u00f3n una organitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019aula conformada per <\/span><b>equips de treball de 4-5 alumnes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Cadascun d\u2019ells realitza una <\/span><b>activitat de 15\u2019-20\u2032 relacionades amb les \u00e0rees de matem\u00e0tiques i lleng\u00fces<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, i van rotant fins fer-les totes. <\/span><b>Els <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">voluntaris<\/span><b>, que sovint s\u00f3n <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pares i mares o mestres en pr\u00e0ctiques<\/span><b>, han de vetllar perqu\u00e8 aquests grups heterogenis treballin, els infants valorin i contrastin els punts de vista diferents i s&#8217;ajudin.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els adults han de <\/span><b>ser facilitadors per dinamitzar el grup i no interferir en les interaccions entre iguals ni avan\u00e7ar cap resultat. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les errades s&#8217;han de viure com a necess\u00e0ries en el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;aprendre i, per tant, s&#8217;han de respectar i valorar com a oportunitats.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Cada quart d&#8217;hora,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> aproximadament, el grup canvia de lloc per anar amb un altre adult que porta una activitat diferent. ( Hi ha un temporitzador per tenir tots el temps)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Es treballen compet\u00e8ncies comunicatives ling\u00fc\u00edstiques i matem\u00e0tiques.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> El <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mestre supervisa la din\u00e0mica general<\/span><b> dels Grups Interactius, orienta el voluntariat i, si cal, fa petits canvis o ajuda en algun dels grups.<\/b><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><b>OBJECTIUS<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els grup<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s interactius\u00a0 <\/span><b>MILLOREN L\u2019APRENENTATGE. <\/b><b>L&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s que els infants <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dialoguin, pensin i mirin de resoldre en com\u00fa<\/span><b> la feina que els proposen.<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accelera l\u2019aprenentatge afavoreixen les habilitats comunicatives i\u00a0 ling\u00fc\u00edstiques.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perfeccionen les habilitats comunicatives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Millora la din\u00e0mica de grups i potencien el treball en equip.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fomenta la interacci\u00f3 i permet que s\u2019ajudin entre ells a l\u2019hora de resoldre les activitats.
