{"id":8362,"date":"2023-10-26T19:57:14","date_gmt":"2023-10-26T17:57:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-tuixent\/?p=8362"},"modified":"2023-10-26T21:45:15","modified_gmt":"2023-10-26T19:45:15","slug":"setmana-bio-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-tuixent\/portada\/setmana-bio-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Setmana Bio 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aquest curs ens hem unit\u00a0 als 15 minuts d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica durant la setmana del 14 al 22 d&#8217;octubre.<\/p>\n<p>La proposta ha sigut un circuit amb els patinets, ja que el focus de la setmana est\u00e0 posat en l&#8217;esport.<\/p>\n<p>Ha estat un\u00a0 bon moment per fomentar l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica en l\u2019entorn escolar. Amb aquest objectiu, des de l\u2019Ag\u00e8ncia de Salut P\u00fablica de Catalunya del Departament de Salut s&#8217;ha volgut\u00a0 donar impuls a la implantaci\u00f3 del programa 15 minuts en moviment -La Milla Di\u00e0ria (<em>The Daily Mile<\/em>)<\/p>\n<p>El programa 15 minuts en moviment -La\u00a0Milla\u00a0Di\u00e0ria, amb origen al Regne Unit, \u00e9s<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>una bona eina perqu\u00e8 l\u2019alumnat comenci a sumar minuts d\u2019activitat f\u00edsica di\u00e0ria i ajuda a aconseguir el repte dels 60 minuts al dia d\u2019activitat f\u00edsica que recomana
