hist\u00f2ria ens hem fet m\u00e9s conscients com \u00e9s d&#8217;important l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica, i que estar quiets i mantenir sempre la mateixa postura \u00e9s perjudicial per la nostra esquena.<\/p>\n<p>Hem reflexionat que cal fer exercici a di\u00e0ria,<\/p>\n<p>Menys pantalles, exercici diari, uns bons estiraments\u00a0 i descansar molt a la nit, \u00e9s molt important, ja que
