{"id":5580,"date":"2015-03-02T15:51:28","date_gmt":"2015-03-02T14:51:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blocs.xtec.cat\/ceiptorrojaimiret\/?page_id=5580"},"modified":"2025-11-24T13:21:00","modified_gmt":"2025-11-24T12:21:00","slug":"psicomotricitat-activa","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-torrojaimiret\/projecte-educatiu-2\/metodologies\/psicomotricitat-activa\/","title":{"rendered":"e) Psicomotricitat Activa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PSICOMOTRICITAT<\/strong><br \/>\nEn la sessi\u00f3 de psicomotricitat els nens\/nenes mouen el seu cos (salten, s\u2019arroseguen, pugen, baixen, surten, entren, s\u2019enfilen&#8230;) i mou la seva ment ( aprenen, construeixen coneixements, solucionen problemes motrius, pensen, raonen, imaginen, imiten&#8230; ), perqu\u00e8 el moviment \u00e9s una activitat conscient, volunt\u00e0ria i intencional dirigida per l\u2019atenci\u00f3, la percepci\u00f3, la mem\u00f2ria.. A la sala de psicomotricitat dons, la interacci\u00f3 entre activitat motriu i l\u2019activitat cognitiva \u00e9s constant.<br \/>\nLa metodologia de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 psicomotriu que fem a l\u2019escola est\u00e0 basada en la pr\u00e0ctica de Bernard Aucouturier. Es tracta d\u2019una metodologia NO DIRIGIDA que parteix de l\u2019activitat motriu espont\u00e0nia del nen.<br \/>\nEls principals beneficis de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 psicomotriu s\u00f3n els seg\u00fcents :<br \/>\n&#8211; Consci\u00e8ncia del propi cos<br \/>\n&#8211; Domini de l\u2019equilibri i desenvolupament del ritme<br \/>\n&#8211; Control de la respiraci\u00f3, de l\u2019esquema corporal<br \/>\n&#8211; Millora de la creativitat, expressi\u00f3 i la mem\u00f2ria<br \/>\n&#8211; Domini dels plans : horitzontals \/ verticals<br \/>\n&#8211; Autocontrol<br \/>\n&#8211; Orientaci\u00f3 i organitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019espai i del temps<br \/>\n<strong>DESENVOLUPAMENT DE LA SESSI\u00d3<\/strong><br \/>\nLa sessi\u00f3 de psicomotricitat s\u2019estructura em diferents fases o moments :<br \/>\n<strong>-Fase d\u2019acollida:<\/strong> En aquesta fase el nens\/es es treuen les sabates, les col\u2022loquen al lloc corresponent i entren a la sala. Despr\u00e9s entre tots muntem la sala amb el circuit i els racons que vagin sorgint segons l\u2019inter\u00e8s de l\u2019infant. En acabar els infants fan una petita representaci\u00f3 a una rotllana de les viv\u00e8ncies obtingudes durant la sessi\u00f3.
