Els hidrats de carboni que serveixen per tenir energia. Les vitamines i els minerals fan que el cos funcioni b\u00e9. Aix\u00f2, es pot resumir en regulaci\u00f3, energia i funcionament.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els l\u00e0ctics donen calci. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I que hem de fer un consum ocasional dels entrepans d\u2019embotits.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ens ha donat exemples de que podem esmorzar a l\u2019escola a l\u2019hora del pati. Com per exemple:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El dilluns embotit: pernil dol\u00e7 o salat. El pa pot ser integral amb tom\u00e0quet i oli d\u2019oliva. I si el pa potser premsat en fred i ecol\u00f2gic ja seria la \u201dbomba\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El dimarts pa amb tom\u00e0quet i oli d\u2019oliva i formatge.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El dimecres de tonyina.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El dijous de truita francesa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El divendres pa amb xocolata.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tamb\u00e9 podem fer pa amb advocat, pa amb olivada, pa amb aguacateni, tahini que \u00e9s pur\u00e9 de s\u00e8sam, o umeboshi que \u00e9s pat\u00e9 salat. El pa pot ser integral amb \u201ccenteno\u201d, anous i ecol\u00f2gic.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A casa, qu\u00e8 hem d\u2019esmorzar abans d\u2019anar al cole?: Haur\u00edem de prendre fruita, l\u00e0ctics i cereals.\u00a0 <\/span>Els c\u00edtrics desperten o obren l&#8217;est\u00f3mac i s\u2019han de prendre primer de tot per tenir gana al mat\u00ed.
