En pintar mandales activem l\u2019hemisferi dret del nostre cervell i deixem descansar l\u2019hemisferi esquerre.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ajuda a gestionar i identificar les emocions.<\/strong>\u00a0Tant els colors que escollim quan pintem el mandala i el disseny com l\u2019acolorim, s\u00f3n escollits en funci\u00f3 del nostre estat d\u2019\u00e0nim. Pintar mandales ens permet expressar les nostres emocions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Propicia l\u2019acceptaci\u00f3 personal i l\u2019autoconeixement.<\/strong>\u00a0En recon\u00e8ixer les emocions o estat d\u2019\u00e0nim que tenim en pintar el mandala ens fa ser m\u00e9s conscients del nostre m\u00f3n interior. Es pot dir que pintar mandales t\u00e9 un component terap\u00e8utic i \u00e9s una bona eina per treballar l\u2019autoconeixement personal.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Potencia la creativitat.<\/strong>\u00a0Pintar mandales afavoreix que es desenvolupi la nostra vessant creativa i art\u00edstica.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Afavoreix la motricitat fina.<\/strong>\u00a0Els mandales contenen molts detalls i petites figures en els seus dibuixos que permetran treballar amb els infants el tra\u00e7 i la motricitat fina.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aporta pau i serenitat.<\/strong>\u00a0Els mandales ens permeten calmar la ment i oblidar l\u2019estr\u00e8s i preocupacions del dia a dia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Afavoreix l\u2019atenci\u00f3 plena.<\/strong>\u00a0Quan pintem mandales centrem la nostra ment en el moment present. Centrats en el present, identifiquem les nostres emocions i pensaments, ens contemplem de forma serena.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per pintar mandales cal que busquem<strong>\u00a0un espai i unes condicions<\/strong>\u00a0que facin que puguem gaudir al m\u00e0xim d\u2019aquesta activitat. Les recomanacions s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cal que els infants es col\u00b7loquin en una\u00a0<strong>taula<\/strong>\u00a0per poder treballar c\u00f2modament.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9s important que es disposi d\u2019una bona\u00a0<strong>llum<\/strong>\u00a0per poder realitzar b\u00e9 l\u2019activitat.<\/li>\n<li>La\u00a0<strong>temperatura<\/strong>\u00a0de l\u2019estan\u00e7a ha de ser correcte, ni massa calor ni massa fred.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9s molt recomanable posar\u00a0<strong>m\u00fasica<\/strong>\u00a0de fons relaxant que ens acompanyi mentre fem l\u2019activitat.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019infant\u00a0<strong>escull el mandala<\/strong>\u00a0que voldr\u00e0 pintar.
