{"id":3481,"date":"2020-04-23T13:25:29","date_gmt":"2020-04-23T11:25:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-simeo-rabasa\/?p=3481"},"modified":"2020-05-06T17:06:59","modified_gmt":"2020-05-06T15:06:59","slug":"pla-dactuacio-durant-el-confinament-3r-trimestre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-simeo-rabasa\/general\/pla-dactuacio-durant-el-confinament-3r-trimestre\/","title":{"rendered":"PLA D&#8217;ACTUACI\u00d3 DURANT EL CONFINAMENT, 3r TRIMESTRE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>ACTUALITZAT EL 23\/04\/2020<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Benvolgudes fam\u00edlies,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Continuem el viatge escolar d&#8217;aquest tercer trimestre adaptant-nos a l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 de la situaci\u00f3 i seguint les directrius que ens marca el Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Amb data 21 d&#8217;abril, els docents hem rebut instruccions per a qu\u00e8 duem a terme -en la mesura que sigui possible- un Pla d&#8217;Acci\u00f3 Educativa amb els nostres infants. En aquest Pla es destaca:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fer el seguiment de la realitzaci\u00f3 de les tasques o reptes que es proposen, aix\u00ed com l&#8217;estat emocional de l&#8217;alumnat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mantenir contacte amb l&#8217;alumnat i fam\u00edlia mitjan\u00e7ant trucades telef\u00f2niques amb n\u00famero ocult, videotrucades i altres plataformes online (blogs, classroom, xarxes socials&#8230;).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Proposar activitats d&#8217;aprenentatge globals (no curriculars) que fomentin la curiositat i\/o que reforcin els continguts treballats a l&#8217;escola.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>AVALUACI\u00d3.<\/strong> Fer seguiment de la realitzaci\u00f3 de les activitats que es fan a casa. Per aix\u00f2 necessitem evid\u00e8ncies que demostrin aquest retorn de les feines fetes. Amb l&#8217;observaci\u00f3 i valoraci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquestes evid\u00e8ncies, els docents elaboraran un breu informe del 3r trimestre. Naturalment, la particularitat de cada situaci\u00f3 familiar fa dif\u00edcil\u00a0 fer el seguiment del treball que fa cada infant. Per aix\u00f2,\u00a0<strong>en cap cas repercutir\u00e0 negativament el fet de no haver pogut presentar les tasques encomanades.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>INFORME GLOBAL DE CURS<\/strong>. L&#8217;informe final es far\u00e0 a partir l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 realitzada des de l&#8217;inici de curs fins al 12 de mar\u00e7 \u00a0i es complementar\u00e0 amb algunes de les interaccions que s&#8217;hagin pogut fer durant el confinament. Si no s&#8217;han pogut lliurar les tasques encomanades, en cap cas<strong> influir\u00e0 negativament en les qualificacions globals del curs.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>ESQUEMA DEL PLANNING
