Mitjan\u00e7ant el ioga, els nens exerciten la seva respiraci\u00f3 i aprenen a relaxar-se, per fer front a l\u2019estr\u00e8s i a situacions conflictives afavorint la seva salut f\u00edsica i emocional. Al no ser un exercici de competici\u00f3, disminueix l\u2019agressivitat i afavoreix la capacitat de concentraci\u00f3.
