Hem fet diferents hip\u00f2tesis pensant sobre qu\u00e8 passaria amb les pinyes: s\u2019enfonsarien?, canviarien de color? o desapareixerien?&#8230;<br \/>\nDoncs, les pinyes obertes es van tancar!! L\u2019explicaci\u00f3 \u00e9s ben senzilla: els pinyons dels pins s\u00f3n pinyols que volen per poder plantar-se en diferents llocs, lluny del pi i d\u2019aquesta manera reproduir-se. Si plou i estan mullats no poden volar, aix\u00ed que la pinya es tanca amb l\u2019aigua per protegir els pinyons.
