{"id":1866,"date":"2023-10-13T17:20:27","date_gmt":"2023-10-13T15:20:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-serralavella\/?page_id=1866"},"modified":"2023-10-13T18:22:02","modified_gmt":"2023-10-13T16:22:02","slug":"projecte-generacio-plurilingue","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-serralavella\/projectes-de-centre\/projecte-generacio-plurilingue\/","title":{"rendered":"Projecte Generaci\u00f3 Pluril\u00edng\u00fce"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"pd-15x\">\n<h3>L&#8217;escola catalana, un marc per al pluriling\u00fcisme<a href=\"https:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/projectes\/plurilinguisme\/programes\/institucionals\/gep\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-880 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-serralavella\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu452\/2017\/02\/marcpluri.jpg_1652993296.jpg\" alt=\"marcpluri-jpg_1652993296\" width=\"220\" height=\"190\" \/><\/a><\/h3>\n<p><strong>El tractament i l&#8217;\u00fas de les lleng\u00fces al sistema educatiu: el projecte ling\u00fc\u00edstic<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En un m\u00f3n cada vegada m\u00e9s complex, en el qual s\u2019evidencia una forta transformaci\u00f3 de la societat, el domini de diverses lleng\u00fces i el seu \u00fas comunicatiu, acad\u00e8mic i professional \u00e9s, no \u00fanicament necessari, sin\u00f3 gaireb\u00e9 imprescindible i, per tant, el sistema educatiu ha de poder formar parlants pluriling\u00fces, amb diferents graus de domini de les lleng\u00fces que coneixen, capa\u00e7os d&#8217;interactuar en un context ling\u00fc\u00edstic i cultural complex, oberts al m\u00f3n i capacitats per accedir al mercat laboral amb garanties d\u2019\u00e8xit.<\/p>\n<p>El Pla de Govern 2013-2016, identifica com a repte de pa\u00eds la millora de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 i la formaci\u00f3 al llarg de la vida, i en l&#8217;eix 2, relatiu a l&#8217;ensenyament, estableix que cal <strong>enfortir el sistema educatiu catal\u00e0 i la immersi\u00f3 ling\u00fc\u00edstica<\/strong> com un pilar fonamental de la societat catalana i millorar la compet\u00e8ncia ling\u00fc\u00edstica i comunicativa de l\u2019alumnat a partir d\u2019un model d\u2019ensenyament pluriling\u00fce propi del sistema educatiu a Catalunya.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s en aquest context que el Govern de Catalunya desenvolupa l\u2019estrat\u00e8gia <em><strong>L\u2019escola catalana, un marc per al pluriling\u00fcisme<\/strong><\/em>, que t\u00e9 com a objectiu definir un model propi d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 pluriling\u00fce que garanteixi que tot alumne, independentment del seu origen ling\u00fc\u00edstic familiar, tingui un ple domini de les lleng\u00fces oficials i de, com a m\u00ednim, una llengua estrangera a m\u00e9s de refor\u00e7ar la introducci\u00f3 d&#8217;una segona llengua estrangera amb la finalitat que els alumnes assoleixin les compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques que s\u2019estableixen en el curr\u00edculum de Catalunya basades en el Marc europeu com\u00fa de refer\u00e8ncia per a les lleng\u00fces.<\/p>\n<p>I ho fa potenciant el domini de la llengua catalana per part de tot l\u2019alumnat, com a eina de cohesi\u00f3, identitat i conviv\u00e8ncia en la nostra societat, i el domini de la llengua castellana, cooficial a Catalunya, ambdues com a instruments per actuar en els entorns acad\u00e8mics, sociopol\u00edtics i laborals m\u00e9s propers. Igualment, ho fa facilitant el domini d\u2019altres lleng\u00fces, en especial l\u2019angl\u00e8s, com a eines d\u2019aprenentatge i d\u2019emprenedoria al llarg de la vida i per a l\u2019adquisici\u00f3 d\u2019una capacitaci\u00f3 i formaci\u00f3 professionals de qualitat. I, finalment, tamb\u00e9 ho fa promovent el manteniment i la difusi\u00f3 de les lleng\u00fces d\u2019origen de l\u2019alumnat nouvingut, perqu\u00e8 s\u00f3n una riquesa per al sistema educatiu i per a la nostra societat i una oportunitat per a l\u2019alumnat que les parla, en el marc de la globalitzaci\u00f3 i la internacionalitzaci\u00f3 de la societat catalana.<\/p>\n<p>Per assolir aquest objectiu estrat\u00e8gic el Departament d&#8217;Ensenyament posa a disposici\u00f3 dels centres orientacions, pautes, assessorament i formaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8, tenint en compte la singularitat de cada escola, la realitat del seu entorn i el bagatge ling\u00fc\u00edstic particular de cada alumne, incorporin i sistematitzin en el seu Projecte Ling\u00fc\u00edstic, estrat\u00e8gies de planificaci\u00f3 dels aprenentatges i del tractament metodol\u00f2gic i did\u00e0ctic de les lleng\u00fces que els permetin definir una opci\u00f3 curricular, metodol\u00f2gica i organitzativa per al tractament de les diferents lleng\u00fces que respongui a les seves necessitats i que incrementi l&#8217;efic\u00e0cia i la qualitat de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 ling\u00fc\u00edstica.<\/p>\n<p>Podeu
