{"id":1602,"date":"2021-06-30T10:31:08","date_gmt":"2021-06-30T08:31:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-serralavella\/?page_id=1602"},"modified":"2021-06-30T10:31:08","modified_gmt":"2021-06-30T08:31:08","slug":"pla-de-convivencia","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-serralavella\/projecte-educatiu\/pla-de-convivencia\/","title":{"rendered":"Pla de Conviv\u00e8ncia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Resoluci\u00f3 ENS\/585\/2017, de 17 de mar\u00e7, per la qual s&#8217;estableix l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 i la implementaci\u00f3 del Projecte de Conviv\u00e8ncia en els centres educatius dins el marc del Projecte Educatiu de Centre, fa pal\u00e8s que conviure significa viure plegats, compartir objectius i en bona relaci\u00f3. La conviv\u00e8ncia demana la formaci\u00f3 integral de la persona i es fonamenta en els valors de la pluralitat, la participaci\u00f3 democr\u00e0tica, la inclusi\u00f3 social, la igualtat d&#8217;oportunitats, el respecte a la difer\u00e8ncia, la gesti\u00f3 positiva de conflictes i la cultura de la pau. La conviv\u00e8ncia comporta una consci\u00e8ncia de la pr\u00f2pia identitat que implica l&#8217;acceptaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;altre i un sentit de pertinen\u00e7a i contribuci\u00f3 personal a la societat.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;escola \u00e9s el reflex de la societat i, alhora, un espai privilegiat on tots els ciutadans i ciutadanes adquireixen uns coneixements i uns h\u00e0bits de socialitzaci\u00f3 i de relaci\u00f3 amb els altres. Un dels seus objectius b\u00e0sics ha de ser ensenyar i aprendre a viure i conviure; ha de fomentar la conviv\u00e8ncia, tant a l&#8217;interior del centre educatiu com al seu entorn immediat.<\/p>\n<p>Per tal de desenvolupar el Projecte Educatiu de Centre en mat\u00e8ria de conviv\u00e8ncia, els centres educatius han de dotar-se d&#8217;un Projecte de Conviv\u00e8ncia on es reflecteixin les accions que el centre educatiu desenvolupa per capacitar tot l&#8217;alumnat i la resta de la comunitat escolar per a la conviv\u00e8ncia i la gesti\u00f3 positiva dels conflictes. Aquestes accions han d&#8217;anar adre\u00e7ades a la millora de la conviv\u00e8ncia a l&#8217;aula, al centre o a l&#8217;entorn, en el benent\u00e8s que la permeabilitat entre aquests tres \u00e0mbits d&#8217;intervenci\u00f3 afavoreix la transfer\u00e8ncia d&#8217;aprenentatges, valors, actituds i h\u00e0bits relacionals.
