Han fet preparacions senzilles que els han perm\u00e9s observar al microscopi diferents tipus de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules. D&#8217;aquesta manera, han descobert la complexitat de la unitat fonamental de la vida, els seus org\u00e0nuls i les funcions vitals que desenvolupen.
