In this learning situation is born from a walk around the town on Miralcamp. The night before it had rained and we found a few snails. The children got excited and started talking about the snails. After that, once we arrived at school, they decided that they wanted to learn more about snails.<\/span><\/p>\n

In this learning situation we have worked on many aspects of snails and we learned a lot.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

First of all, the children made a drawing of a snail.<\/span><\/p>\n

Then they brought three snails to the class and we put them in a terrarium with soil. The children gave them names: Max, Treu banya and Lluna. Also, we have feed them with lettuce and spray them with water.<\/span><\/p>\n

We watched the story \u201cEl caragol i l\u2019herba de poniol\u201d and we drew it and we learn and sang the \u201cCargol treu banya\u201d song.<\/span><\/p>\n

Finally, we talked about the parts of a snail, what they eat, how they are born, where they live, when they come out,… and we learned a poem about the snail. And we also became artists and decorated the snail\u2019s shell with stickers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
