Aquest divendres dia 21 de mar\u00e7, l\u2019alumnat de 4t i 5\u00e8 hem realitzat un taller centrat en la promoci\u00f3 d\u2019h\u00e0bits saludables.<\/p>\n

El Roger, amb una din\u00e0mica interactiva, ens ha fet participar en diferents activitats per promoure la reflexi\u00f3 i per aprofundir en el coneixement sobre la import\u00e0ncia de portar una vida saludable.<\/p>\n

S’han abordat diversos temes com la import\u00e0ncia d\u2019una alimentaci\u00f3 equilibrada, la hidrataci\u00f3 del nostre cos, la incorporaci\u00f3 d\u2019activitat f\u00edsica regular en la nostra vida di\u00e0ria, la higiene i els h\u00e0bits de son que, tots junts, contribueixen al nostre benestar general.<\/p>\n

Mitjan\u00e7ant unes targetes tamb\u00e9 hem treballat diferents valors que s\u00f3n molt importants a l\u2019hora de fer esport: disciplina, cooperaci\u00f3, superaci\u00f3, const\u00e0ncia, esfor\u00e7, generositat, respecte i humilitat.<\/p>\n
