A continuaci\u00f3, mescleu amb la meitat de farina. Tot seguit, afegir l\u2019ou a poc a\u00a0poc i amassant alhora. Finalment, afegir la resta de farina i treballar-la fins que\u00a0\u00e9s desenganxi de les mans. Tot seguit, separeu dues boles iguals i deixeu-les fermentar 10 minuts.<br \/>\nAmb les mans untades d\u2019oli, fer un forat al mig i donar-li forma de corona.<\/p>\n<p>Pintar-les amb ou i afegir sucre una mica humida amb aigua per sobre.\u00a0\u00a0Si\u00a0volgu\u00e9ssiu ficar els tradicionals ous durs a la mona aquest \u00e9s el moment. Deixar-la fermentar 20 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, coura-les aproximadament 30 minuts a 200\u00baC.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cL\u2019exist\u00e8ncia de la \u2018mona\u2019 entesa com una menja dol\u00e7a pr\u00f2pia del dia de Pasqua Florida est\u00e0 documentada almenys des del segle XV, tot i que hom sospita que es remunta a m\u00e9s antic. La forma i composici\u00f3 d\u2019aquest past\u00eds, que la tradici\u00f3 dicta que els padrins han de regalar en aquesta data als seus fillols, ha variat molt amb el temps. Sembla que antigament, quan es feia a casa, tenia forma de tortell i era feta amb pasta de pa, possiblement una mica m\u00e9s pastada i enriquida. Fins ben entrat el segle XX s\u2019hi posaven ous durs amb la closca pintada, un per cada any de l\u2019infant a qui li era lliurada. En alguns llocs el past\u00eds tenia forma de ninot amb les cames eixarrancades i amb l\u2019ou a la boca o al ventre, fet que alguns han interpretat com la superviv\u00e8ncia d\u2019un antic culte a la fecunditat. Les mones actuals del Principat, fetes amb una base de pa de pessic, mantega i xocolata, i adornades amb plomalls, fruita confitada i ous o altres figures de xocolata, no es van comen\u00e7ar a fer fins al segle XIX.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Una tradici\u00f3 amb diferents arrels possibles<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em> S\u2019atribueixen molts or\u00edgens plausibles a aquest costum: de les \u2018mun\u00edquies\u2019, celebracions gregues dedicades a Artem\u00edsia; de les \u2018pascorals\u2019, festes que els pastors romans celebraven amb coques, o de la festa c\u00e8ltica de Beltene \u2014el primer de maig\u2014, quan s\u2019ofrenaven tortells rematats amb ous. Etimol\u00f2gicament, les pistes ens porten a l\u2019\u00e0rab antic, on per \u2018m\u00fbna\u2019 s\u2019entenia un tribut d\u2019arrendament de terres que es pagava amb coques, productes agr\u00edcoles i ous durs. D\u2019aquesta llengua hauria passat al llat\u00ed, on l\u2019ofrena prengu\u00e9 el nom de \u2018monus\u2019 (\u2018present\u2019 o \u2018ofrena\u2019). En llat\u00ed, per\u00f2, existeix tamb\u00e9 la paraula \u2018munda\u2019 (plural de mundum), mot amb qu\u00e8 es coneixien les paneres ornades i plenes d\u2019objectes, particularment coques i pastissos, que els romans ofrenaven a Ceres durant el mes d\u2019abril.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em> Actualment, arreu dels Pa\u00efsos Catalans continua essent costum menjar algun tipus de coca o past\u00eds exclusiu de Pasqua, sovint de noms particulars: empanades a Mallorca, formatjades a Menorca, flaons a Eivissa\u2026 En moltes zones del Principat, per\u00f2 sobretot a la Catalunya Nova i tamb\u00e9 al Pa\u00eds Valenci\u00e0, est\u00e0 molt arrelat l\u2019h\u00e0bit a qualsevol edat d\u2019anar a menjar la mona en grups d\u2019amics al camp, coincidint generalment amb els primers dies del bon temps.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recepta Mona de Pasqua que com veureu \u00e9s molt f\u00e0cil d\u2019elaborar: &nbsp;
