Ara que estem en plena quaresma, que res millor que uns bons bunyols de quaresma farcits de crema. Aquests els he fet amb l\u2019ajuda de la meva mare, que els volia tastar casolans. A veure si us animeu a fer-ho!<\/p>\n<p><em><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>-Pel farcit de crema:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 gr. de llet<\/li>\n<li>3 ous<\/li>\n<li>40 gr. de maicena<\/li>\n<li>100 gr. de sucre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>-Per la massa:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 gr. de llet<\/li>\n<li>100 gr. de mantega<\/li>\n<li>ratlladura de mitja llimona<\/li>\n<li>un pessic de canyella en pols<\/li>\n<li>mitja cullereta de vainilla ensucrada<\/li>\n<li>un pessic de sal<\/li>\n<li>40 gr. de sucre<\/li>\n<li>310 gr. de farina<\/li>\n<li>6 ous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>-Per arrebossar la massa:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sucre gla\u00e7 o sencer, que si voleu es pot barrejar amb canyella<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #888888;\"><em><strong>Preparaci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comen\u00e7arem per preparar la crema, aix\u00ed mentre fem la massa, s\u2019anir\u00e0 refredant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Posarem tots els ingredients al got de la Thermomix, i programarem 7 minuts, 90\u00ba temperatura a velocitat 4.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un cop feta, ho fiquem tot dins d\u2019una m\u00e0niga pastissera i ho deixem refredar dins de la nevera mentre fem la massa dels bunyols.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"title\"><a fi de dessalar el bacall\u00e0, poseu-lo en remull amb aigua, una aigua que haureu de canviar 4 vegades.<br \/>\nUn cop tingueu el bacall\u00e0 dessalat, enfarineu-lo i fregiu-lo en una paella amb oli roent. Pel que fa a les carxofes, talleu-les i deixeu-les una estona amb aigua i llimona per tal que no quedin negres. Despr\u00e9s, enfarineu-les i fregiu-les en la mateixa paella en qu\u00e8 heu fregit el bacall\u00e0. Per fer el sofregit, comenceu daurant la ceba picada, per\u00f2 no tota, perqu\u00e8 n&#8217;heu de reservar una mica per a la picada. Un cop la ceba estigui ben rossa, tireu-hi els tom\u00e0quets, sense pells ni llavors i tallat a trossos petits. Poseu-hi tamb\u00e9 sal, pebre negre i una fulla de llorer. Quan el tom\u00e0quet ja estigui una mica fet, tireu-hi una copa de xer\u00e8s sec i deixeu que redueixi. El seg\u00fcent pas ser\u00e0 afegir-hi una cullerada farina per espessir el sofregit. Remeneu-ho un parell de vegades, poseu-hi una mica d&#8217;aigua i deixeu que vagi fent-se una estona m\u00e9s. Mentrestant, feu una picada amb sal, ametlles, 1 clau d&#8217;olor i una llesca de pa fregit. Un cop tingueu tots aquests ingredients ben picats, passeu per la paella la ceba que us ha quedat i els alls, poseu-los al morter, i seguiu fent la picada. Quan tingueu la picada a punt, aboqueu-la a la paella on teniu el sofregit, barregeu-ho b\u00e9 i manteniu-ho uns minuts m\u00e9s al foc. Si veieu que el sofregit queda massa esp\u00e8s, dilu\u00efu-lo amb una mica d&#8217;aigua.
