This term at Science, with the 4th grade, we are working on “Food and nutrition”. One of the activities we have carried out has been the classification of foods according to their type in the food pyramid we have drawn on the schoolyard floor. A very motivating, participative activity and experiential learning!!!
Also, coinciding that at the school we have the traveling exhibition Menja bé, tu hi guanyes! we visited him in order to be able to comment among all. This interactive exhibition uses mechanical resources, multimedia and audiovisual games in order to promote healthy eating habits, as well as reinforcing the importance of hygiene habits, physical activity and rest.

Aquest trimestre a Science, amb els grups de 4rt, estem treballant el tema de “Food and nutrition”. Una de les activitats que hem realitzat ha sigut la classificació dels aliments segons la seva tipologia en la piràmide alimentària que hem dibuixat entre tots a la pista de l’escola. Una activitat molt motivadora, participativa i vivencial!!!
A més a més, coincidint que a l’escola hi tenim l’exposició itinerant Menja bé, tu hi guanyes! l’hem visitat per tal de poder-la comentar entre tots. Aquesta exposició interactiva utilitza recursos mecànics, jocs multimèdia i audiovisuals per tal de promoure hàbits alimentaris saludables així com incidir en la importància dels hàbits higiènics, l’activitat física i el descans.
