En el marc del projecte “Km 0: Slow Food Educaci\u00f3”, i despr\u00e9s de plantar i cuidar cols manresanes al nostre hort, fa uns dies, els infants d’I4, vam cuinar col amb l’ajuda del xef Jacint Soler, del restaurant el Cau de l’Ateneu.<\/p>\n

Ell ens va ajudar a preparar unes croquetes fetes amb patata, formatge i col manresana. Vam aprendre moltes coses de com cuinar i un cop preparades, les vam tastar: estaven bon\u00edssimes!!!<\/p>\n
