Ja ha arribat la tardor i, com cada any, toca fer deliciosos panellets. Aquesta vegada, hem canviat una mica la recepta i hem fet panellets de cacao amb crocanti i els de coco i ametlla com sempre.<\/p>\n

Primer hem anat dient quins ingredients es necessitaven per la seva elaboraci\u00f3 i, despr\u00e9s, hem completat la recepta pas per pas.<\/p>\n

A continuaci\u00f3, hem aixafat b\u00e9 les patates bullides que ens portaven els nostres companys Ainoham i Artur. Hem afegit l’ametlla en pols i el sucre i ho hem barrejat tot molt b\u00e9. Despr\u00e9s, nom\u00e9s era q\u00fcesti\u00f3 d’anar fent diferents barreges amb el cacao i el coco, per tal de tenir tres masses diferents.<\/p>\n

Per \u00faltim, hem fet forma de boletes i hem anat cobrint els diferents panellets amb una ametlla senzera, coco en pols i crocanti.<\/p>\n
